I had 6 and people were still walking in when the movie had already started. How is that even possible
Had people walking out when the credits started rolling. It almost makes you wonder have they never seen an MCU movie before
Spoiler No, more of that. I hate having to avoid trailers becuase theybgive away major moments. I'd much prefer trailers that give away the tone and feel and even the story in broad strokes. I hate when a great moment or one liner is given away six months before release
Forgot I was in the marvel thread. Almost opened a spoiler before my mind stopped me. Not making that mistake again, see you after I see FFH.
Hope they use this storyline for the 3rd film Spoiler: FFH Assuming that Spider-man’s secret is still out by his 3rd movie, I’m assuming we’ll get this storyline in some form or fashion
The amazing spider man, what is this I’m watching? Don’t like it at all.....can’t believe I’ve never seen them.
Spoiler Right there with Nick Fury visiting Tony Stark at the end of Iron Man, Thanos' reveal in Avengers 1 and the Pym family turning to dust in Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Forgot to mention I got a Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal intro last night felt Nice felt weird when not enough people(imo) cheered for Kevin
So is everyone just brushing over the fact that Spoiler Kevin Feige just introduced the MCU movie version of LMDs (via good Skrulls) AND S.W.O.R.D. in a single post credit scene?
Yeah, Michael Keaton was so good in that movie where he was a snowman. I don't think Jason mimosa could do that.
Spoiler Very very solid. Cringed but loved awkward teenager Peter. Zendaya is just great, they developed a solid chemistry between the two characters.
Probably dethroned Raimi’s Spider-Man 2 as my favorite Spidey movie. I’ll need to see it again to be sure. Holland just has an incredible ability to have chemistry with any actor he’s with in any scene. Also, the real life man crush between him and Gyllenhaal is obvious in every scene they are in together.
Spoiler so many absolutely brilliant plot choices - using BARF and other pre-established Stark tech as the villain “powers” - the trademark but dumb looking globe explained via motion capture - Mysterio in general being motion capture which can easily be taken as a slight meta commentary on superhero movie making - the skrulls being fury explaining his ineptitude throughout the film - happy May relationship. Happy in general just being in the mix as the tie back to Tony - Peter channeling tony making the suit. Fuuuuuuck that was good Could go on and on
Spoiler Fury has been working with the Skrulls (or at least some of them) since getting snapped back to life. He sent Tallos and the female (don't remember her name) to earth to impersonate him and Hill (who I assume is with him on the Skrull ship) while he's off world. They were supposed to give Peter the glasses from Tony but then Beck showed up, Peter screwed up, and Tallos was hesitant to call Fury and talk about deep in the shit things were getting. Finally everything was handled then he called. Fury looks like he's setting up S.W.OR.D.
Spoiler Thanks, just basically wondering what Fury was doing in space and if that setup something big. I'll read up on SWORD.
Saw it again this morning. They hit on a ton of character stuff. One thing I think they missed on... Spoiler Ned shouldn't have been snapped, if for no other reason than that actor can't pass for being 16 anymore and that would have been an easy way to fix that.
