Pretty sure this is referencing all the incels trolling about Wonder Woman (which was not a tremendous piece of shit)
I’ll be out of town so may try and see it opening night but probably gonna have to wait till Sunday so the family can come too
I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw a movie on opening day/night...maybe Attack of the Clones
Harry potter and the one where Dumbledore dies. Fell asleep in the front row midnight releases were dumb
Only midnight release I’ve went to was Man of Steel. So glad they started doing Thursday night previews
i think The Two Towers had a midnight release, so that would be my first. i do go to late showings on the thursday showings now
I saw Return of the King at like 2 AM in law school, I think I had like a 1 PM final that day. Did really shitty on it.
I was just talking to my brother about this yesterday. I'm pretty surprised they haven't by this point. My guess is they go on sale when they drop the next (and hopefully final) trailer.
Would’ve been fine with just a quick shot of all the Avengers from past movies and thanos’ voice talking over them and ends with just the title Endgame along with date of release. There doesn’t need to be anymore trailers, would’ve been fine without any trailers showing new footage to be honest.
Lol at Infinity War not winning best visual effects. If the Thanos animation was shitty, that movie falls apart.
Got the two Oscars results I was after - Spider-Verse won its category and Black Panther didn't win Best Picture.
Wow, just read that no MCU movie has ever won Best Visual Effects. Seems pretty crazy, for as much money as they put in as well as the importance for the story.
“Just wait until captain marvel wins best visual effects to portray Brie Larson as a quality actress” - Luka, probably
