They wrote Vision fine for AoU. He prevented Ultron from leaving his body through the web and thus being able to kill him. Something the others couldn't have done. That's a pretty awesome show of power. In IW they showed the Glaive is an extremely powerful weapon. If Heimdall (one of the strongest Asgardians) gets killed by the weapon, it'll certainly fuck up Vision. Which the only way to do that to Vision was a sneak attack because 100% healthy Vision would've fucked up Corvus and Proxima in little time..
I mean Bucky pretty much beat the shit out of Cap and saved his ass at the end of Winter Soldier so $1 is a huge deal
It doesn’t say you can only have 5 people. $5 Thor $4 Doctor Strange $2 Scarlet Witch $1 Vision $1 Bucky $1 War Machine $1 Falcon
Was it ever explained why they didn’t have AntMan shrink, climb up Thanos’s butt and then get giant to explode him from the inside out?
They didn’t really explain the Glaive. The only thing was a quick line from Vision saying “his weapon didn’t allow me to phase.” So the viewing audience didn’t realize the Glaive works by nullifying the hero’s powers. So Vision knew he was there and if it was a normal weapon he would of phased then turned around and blasted him. But the Glaive wouldn’t allow him to phase. It also could zap Hulk of his Gamma radiation that turned him into Banner and sliced open Wolverines gut and didn’t allow the wound to heal.
Adding captain marvel would have changed the conversation from whatever it just was to “why isn’t she a power level higher or lower than she was assigned”
Reading this made me think of what would have been going through my head if COVID-19 was last year and Endgame got pushed back 6 months. Most of my life is pretty much sports so this is awful, but having to wait another 6 months for that movie after the trailers had already come out might have been the end for me.
Same reason why the Doctor Strange magic portals decapitated Cull Obsidian like it was nothing and it was never used as an offensive weapon ever again.
Spider-man getting bumped to November is going to be so weird. It's been a July 4th weekend staple since the first Raimi film
Or how Stark had an entire orbital array of assassin droids (FFH) that he didn't call in to take out Thanos
Raimi's Spider-Man 1 and 3 were May movies. But it's still gonna be weird not having them in the summer.
Number of times Doctor Strange previewed possible scenarios before fighting Thanos: 14,000,605. Number of times in those 14,000,605 scenarios he tried using the magic portal to cut off Thanos' arms before Peter Quill fucked up: 0 times.
I’m on season 3 of Runaways and strangely attached to it. It’s certainly better than Agents of SHIELD.
I’m not yet able to rank it in terms of the shows. I’d put Daredevil ahead of it but I think it’s better than Cage, Jones, Iron Fist, Agent Carter, and SHIELD.
Yeah but that’s about as far back as the last time you and your wife were intimate without crying involved
