Not really a huge fan of that finale. I feel like they could have done a lot of really cool stuff with it, but decided to play it safe.
Enjoyed the season finale. Hope we get more ghost rider next season, he was awesome. Thought season 4 was the best one yet. Bring on S.W.O.R.D. Also, what do you guys think that deal was between Coulson and Ghost Rider?
I just didn't like how everything was so easy. They pick bad times for Coulson to turn on the snarky jokes. Talbott got shot and he was telling jokes 3 minutes later in another room. Simmons was pretend dying (and we didn't know it yet) and they immediately turn to him and May talking about nonsense in a hallway. This threat of someone who can't be killed exists, and 3 minutes later its over and we have no clue what or how it happened. May was a robot or HYDRA agent most of the season that she's suddenly this person who wants to talk about feelings in the middle of a near death situation? I thought this season was awesome and it deserved a better end to all those stories.
Watched the 1st 3 episodes. It clear that they rushed production of it. Would've been better as a mid-season replacement like Agent Carter was
I'm still disappointed in last year's finale. The build up was so good and they fucked up the landing. Looking forward to the story line to start this season.
The first 15 minutes of the season premiere were released online, if anyone is interested. I’m on my phone, so I’m not going to try to post a link. It’s an easy search to find. Season looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun.
I'm not entirely sure what I just watched. So much going on. I'm up for wherever they go with it, though. I miss Fitz, though. Kind of weird that he had by far the craziest arc of everyone at the end of last season and he doesn't even get a second of air time in the premiere outside of the vague postcard thing (which I have no clue what it means).
So the whole team minus Fitz got transported to the future where the Earth is blown up. And they're on a ship holding the final human population and controlled by Kree. Is that about right?
I think? But why didn't Fitz go? What type of alien was that in the beginning? How did they time travel? How did Daisy blow up the earth when she traveled through time past taut event? Also, how would Daisy ever have that power? Is the sexy blue chick part magneto, how do those balls work? So many questions.
Fitz didn't go so they could have someone in the present and on Earth, working on solving the problem. Also Nick Blood's Hunter will be back this season, him and Fitz hanging out together in present day should be top tier entertainment. And I'm not buying that Daisy was the one who blew up the Earth, "everyone has their own version of what happened".
Yeah, 100% agree that Fitz remained behind because they need one of the geniuses to bring everyone back and they already did a season where Simmons was all by herself. I guess my question is, will they make any plot sense out of it? Why was he singled out? When they made the "they're not in the list" comment I was for sure they'd be talking about yo-yo.
