It's a hybrid of all the good offenses and none of the bad offenses. They're going to be aggressive and get the ball in the hands of playmakers. Really going to keep defenses off balance. All starts up front, too.

I think those people believed he'd be good at Maryland because he recruited the area so well for about 15 years. Then he came out of the gates scoring a bunch after doing the same at Alabama... it was understandable
yea but he's not recruiting well in the area either. Locksley is a terrible HC and him being able to barely even win at New Mexico should be evidence enough. his ceiling is coordinator at most and you might need a wealth of talent like Bama does to make it work.
Yea him not doing well at New Mexico isn't something I'd point to as supportive evidence. Can't think of many tougher jobs. Him not recruiting the DMV very well at Maryland should be soul crushing to their fans, though. Seems like something they could bank on and the worst scenario was that he'd turn over a talented team to whoever took over for him.
I think people are underestimating how bad we are and what this means to Maryland. We are the most unmotivated and most undisciplined team I've ever seen in the bigten (sans usual Illinois and Rutgers).
Maryland was substantially worse than any team we've played in the last 5 years including group of 5 and FCS schools. The 1-10 South Alabama team we played earlier this year would have beaten Maryland by at least 10. It's really bad.

Idk I don’t really get into whining about what other teams do but there was one personal foul after another with that team, called and uncalled. I think it’s just a lack of discipline and accountability, they have this receiver that was killing them with illegal blindside blocks and he was never taken out.
