My man. I've gone up to 3 extra ajitamas before. Always an extra chashu and if I'm feeling fat as hell or stoned enough extra noddle and spicy bomb. Also decent sake with the wooden box setup. Eat Tatsuya once a week in the ~2 months it's actually cold here. Just moved back across the street from the Lamar one
Solo dinner at the bar is somewhat depressing though since that damn kitchen wall is so high. Just gonna sit here in a dimly lit restaurant and eat my soup on a small bar and stare at this tall ass wall right here.
Has anyone seen any commercials for this company SoFi? They appear poised to make lots of money off millennials. Their service is student loan refinancing and their ads hit like every millennial cliche square in the feels. Apparently SoFi stands for "Social Finance"
SoFi is legit. I do wish they’d quit emailing me about mixers and networking events, but I like their product offerings.
It’s impressive that we’re buying up million dollar homes with our $100K in student loans for art degrees and whatnot, all while bankrupting ourselves on avocado toast.
I used Sofi to consolidate my student loans and got some good referral cash from getting other TMB people to do the same. No complaints here.
Is it refinancing or do they pay off your student loans and give you a personal loan at a better rate?
FYI I wasn't hating on SoFi; I just found out they exist yesterday. Just commenting on how well-suited their business/service and advertising are to millennials. The commercial I saw last night was like millennial crack. I could picture everyone I know saying "yassssss" to every word uttered and image shown. I'd post the video but I didn't see it on youtube
It seems inevitable the bulk shopping store industry will die a slow but sure death in the coming years. If they were smart, online order with curbside pickup would be an instant hit if they marketed it well.
It's the best. I do nearly all my shopping online other than groceries. I'd be doing my grocery shopping online if any of the local grocery stores did that order online and pickup in store option.
The amount of people I see in publix shopping for people thru Shipt is wild. Anytime I go during the middle of a weekday it seems half the shoppers are Shipt people.
I was huge on shipt until I realized they raised all of the prices vs if you actually went to the store and shopped for yourself
Look at the only thing we aren't killing https://www.thenation.com/article/millennials-are-keeping-unions-alive/
We are killing the "American Dream" of living in boring ass suburbs http://www.businessinsider.com/how-...an-construct-the-tiny-homes-of-their-dreams-6
