yea I just caught up this afternoon as well Roh might be the most boring character ever. Andrew is alright but kinda tech nerd awkward The other guy, gay from Sarasota, has some solid potential but I still need to see him back up the talk. Im going to stick with it. Feel like Miami and San Fran should have better real estate than the show is showing. Could be that brokers are black-balling Bravo.

well that fucking sucks Bravo has been going way too Bravo with these shows lately. Wish it were more about the real estate and less about obviously planned drama between the brokers.
Season has been good No Frederick makes NYC unwatchable for me (ok I'll still watch but that's a big loss).

Love Altman. He's the best/most successful broker amongst the MDL LA guys and has no problem shoving it in their face. Plus his fiance is fire.

Just finished the last ep of MDL LA. It's been a good season. It's hilarious how Altman just fucks with James all the time and David just sits back and laughs. Not a fan of the emotional Flagg scenes about his grandma but it's Bravo so it's expected.
1st episode of the season was great. I love all the Manhattan listings but liked that they followed Fredrik out to that insane house 30 mins away. It's just crazy to me that, that ridiculous house/estate goes for $9 million while a run of the mill 2,500 sq ft apt goes for like $12 million in Manhattan. Luis being a bitch still, crying about Ryan doing work.
I don't understand why they haven't replaced Luis yet on the show. You've got Fredrik and Ryan (who are probably the most entertaining two realtors regardless of location), and that midget sharing scenes with those two make him even more insufferable.
I don't like him either, but still he's a unique character so I guess I understand why they still have him on when you think about personality. I would think though that they would like to get someone else on there who's in the same league as Ryan & Fredrik when it comes to the sales numbers. The competition amongst the agents and high end properties are what I like best. Luis doesn't typically compete and doesn't get the real high end stuff like the other two do.
Hard to compare Luis to them as they both have 20+ person teams/agencies working for them whereas he just has himself and his assistant. I do wish they would get rid of him bc he isn't interesting.
Luis needs to go. Just really not on the level of the elite agents in MDL. I wish Altman would do a NYC season and just have the 3 strongest cast member.
As much as I like Altman, he's also small potatoes compared to Fredrik and Ryan I'm pretty sure. Fredrik sells a bunch of real estate in Stockholm as well as NYC and Ryan sells in LA as well as NYC. I'm pretty sure Altman only has a presence in LA.
You sure you're not thinking of Flagg? Altman's very arrogant on the show but seems like a good guy otherwise. He goes on Dan Patrick's radio show every once in a while and is good on there too.
Who cares if he is all those things. Its entertaining. Im not watching reality TV to see not-crazy-boring ppl. And Altman is a beast at his job.
Flagg's arrogant and an asshole for sure but he has a "I don't really give a fuck" style panache that at least makes him somewhat comical. Atlman things he's a super suave, cool dude and he's just a tool. I've heard him on the Dan Patrick show and it didn't change my opinion of him.
