Season finale of NY was last night. Spoiler Ryan and his team finished the year with 1.6 billion in sales. Fredrik and his team did $1.5 billion. So...Fredrik still can't beat Ryan so he is now moving to LA. For real though...will be interesting to see what happens with all that. Will Fredrik now be on MDLLA? Also, thank god Luis' second stint on the show will be short lived cause he's now moving back to Puerto Rico.
I have only seen a few episodes but does 1.5 include his Sweeden office? Also. How funny was it to see Josh get mad that freddy was coming to la? Anything come from that? I only saw where his wife came to the listing and made a deal about it.
No it would just be each of them and their teams in NY. They both have other teams and offices in other cities. I'm guessing part 2 of that storyline and the inevitable make up will be shown in next seasons MDLLA. If they were truly friends then it was a weird move for Fredrik to do without so much as a phone call. Anyway...it is Bravo so I'm sure 90% of the drama is staged.
The house that David and James are representing in the Hidden Valley neighborhood is the nicest house I've ever seen and I've been watching all these shows for years.
It's also 12,000 sq ft which is just absurd. There's been other houses that big and even ones bigger but my God that's insane. My extended family has rented a house near a lake where we're from for our Christmas a couple times and it's 6,000 sq ft and that house is fucking huge. It's hard for me to imagine a 12,000 sq ft house.

Ridiculous. Needs a bigger pool. I mean if you're gonna have that big of a house and back yard, why put just a normal sized pool in it?! Also, the old man in me thinks...can you imagine how much that thing costs to cool on a 90°+ day?
Objectively yes. This one had the perfect look and layout imo. Exact type of style that's my favorite. Gorgeous back yard and pool too.
This would be $2 trillion if it was on the bird streets in LA. Last night the guy had 15 bathrooms / 22 toilets in an 8 bedroom house - seemed excessive. I’ve always wanted a urinal or a trough, which Id fill with ice, in my house. My wife likely wouldn’t notice if I put one in an 18k sq ft house.
this is what always boggles me, you have 10 Bedrooms yet 20 some bathrooms, why? Especially when each bedroom usually has their own bath attached. Are the other 10 to do cocaine and IG models during your big parties?
Just watched the first ep. I have a feeling I'll be wanting more Ryan and Steve and less of the other two but we'll see. I'm still always amazed at the places and cost of everything they sell. No Fredrik in this one but the preview for next week's episode had him in it. Is he gonna be in both NY and LA shows from now on I wonder?
Tyler always just seems woefully unprepared. Maybe it’s because of how polished and successful Ryan, Fred and Steve are, but Tyler just seems so out of his league at all times.
Yeah you're right. I also thought it was interesting how much Ryan was complimenting the new lady. They showed at least 3 instances of him talking her up.
Rinse and repeat this ^^^ for last night's episode. Happy to see Steve being the voice of reason. This next seasons MDLLA should be good since Fredrik is going to be on that too. Ryan is much calmer in handling Fredrik's insecurities than the Altman's will be for example.
MDLLA new season started tonight. The first house they showed that Altman was representing had to have been the most baller house I've seen on there.
