You pay a lot to be close to NYC and Boston without actually having to live in the city. Fairfield county is so expensive because everyone who lives there is making 6 or 7 figures working in NYC. Things start getting cheaper in the northern corners of the state since they're not close to anything.
Sure, there's a strong correlation between housing prices and people not being able to afford housing, but why not blame it on liberal arts degrees? Morons.
Yep. My uncle and his family live in Farmington and he worked in Midtown, would drive to Sleepy Hollow and take the Hudson lone into the city for work.
https://whitecollar.thenewinquiry.com/ "White Collar Crime Risk Zones uses machine learning to predict where financial crimes are mostly likely to occur across the US. " I don't know how this would be used but its pretty damn cool IYAM Zoom in and click on a cell and it will tell you the predicted likelihood of certain types of white collar crime. In some of the areas, where there's a lot of data, they even generate some kind of facial image for what the "typical criminal" looks like.
I found the revenue comparison interesting. With all the discussion of Apple and Amazon racing to be the first trillion dollar company, its easy to lose sight of the fact that Walmart has $150 billion more sales than anyone else (with number two apparently being a government owned utility company in China).
Interesting, most of the areas in my hometown that are flagged are right around all the schools, fire stations, and other government funded organizations...
Does this video of human population on the earth work? It's kind of like a video map. I've seen versions of this before, but still, I always find them interesting. https://www.vox.com/2016/11/12/13600834/human-world-population-video
Is "black" a different shade than "ebony" or does Louisiana just not know the "fancy porn way" of searching for black chicks?
I'm proud of my home state (SC) and my current state (NC) for doing well on this. I was fully expecting some sort of incest search or something like that. Like AlternativeFactsRule said, family member states, do better.
So can we assume all of the people spelling it "porm" are most likely 10 year old boys who just actually thought that was the word they heard adults using, and are probably fucking pumped they are about to see all of the naked womenz?
Or that n and m are right next to each other and they can't be bothered to spell check cuz they need porm (sic) RIGHT DAMN NOW
Or any adult male who has a few moments alone to himself and is so gitty with excitement to crank one out in peace that he accidentally fat fingers it and hits the "m" instead of the "n"?
