Yep. That's typically what happens when you give up a shit goal and go from a win to a draw. Sucks imo.
Berhalter lovers wingers. Meram/Manneh/Finlay/Martinez and now this guy. Maybe the will move Meram to the #10. Or this guy will play #10. Still got Higuin as well.
LAFC was going to get a Mexican International in that market and Vela was really the guy left on the market. Not a huge splash as the first signing and not really a Bradley guy, but only player out there after Chicarito went to the EPL.
Higuain came out and said he was leaving after this season so guessing this guy or Meram or they shift full time to the 3-4-2-1
Sounds like the Derlis deal has fallen through. I'm pretty sure it was reported he was already in Seattle and watching practices so it's weird. And unless Qatar and the Crew pull their heads out of their cunts tomorrow the Nemeth deal isn't going through either.
Also if you heard that Disney is pulling into its Netflix deal and making their own streaming service, part of that is an expanded watch espn. One article I read said it would feature MLS games and content. I'm still pissed at then promising us every MLS match and a whip around show on ESPN3 two years ago and never doing it.
I understand LA/NY are big markets, but what is the reasoning in giving them two franchises? You would think MLS wouldn't want to potentially have one franchise in the same market suffer.
There are about 20 million people in the New York Metro area and 13 in LA.....the other markets they are looking at for expansion (besides Miami) have 4 million (Detroit/San Diego/Tampa) or less. Those markets can definitely support two teams. In regards to LAFC, anyone in LA and the San Fernando Valley is unlikely to attend a Galaxy game because of the distance to Carson, downtown LA and the old Sports Arena site is familiar for those people. They are only about 12 miles apart I believe but that can be an hour drive.
Add in the Inland Empire and Ventura County and looking at around 18 million in So Cal. I think it would've been better off if the Galaxy eventually moved closer to downtown and another MLS club in OC. But nobody in OC stepped up. And the LAFC owners are doing a lot of things right.
Arriola to DC https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-signing-paul-arriola/?utm_term=.5374f0f49365 United has already completed deals for Bolivian forward Bruno Miranda, 19, and Hungarian midfielder Zoltan Stieber, 28, and is about to acquire U.S. midfielder Russell Canouse, 22, from Germany club Hoffenheim.
SJ-SKC tied 1-1 in the 60th in the Open Cup Semis. Sporting has 80% possession and is taking point blank shots left and right.....no way they win this.
The Nemeth-NE deal doesn't make any sense to me. Paying 400K allocation for his rights plus whatever salary and allocation money they waste buying his/other players salaries down when they already have Rowe, Fagundez, Nguyen, Caldwell, Swag, Kei, Bunbury, Watson. Their roster was already nothing but attacking players. Weird.
They're like the middle schooler who sets his FIFA line up. 3 strikers, 2 wingers, 2 CAMs, 2 full backs, 1 CB.
