and Toronto quietly takes the SS lead also didn't realize LAG had fallen back in the cellar, that "hottest team in the league" stuff must've flamed out pretty quickly
Stopped man to man marking and play with the young keeper who has gotten them points every game and Quakes get another win
Caden Clark making his debut after the red bull pay Minnesota $75k in Garberbucks because he happened to be born in their state.
don't know if Moreno starting despite meeting his teammates for the first time today says more about his talent or the options we currently have in the midfield, but I like what I've seen from the 15 minutes of action caught so far
I'm pretty pessimistic about our front office, but Yearwood, Egbo, and Pendant have flown under the radar as pretty solid signings.
Sucks for you guys that you're basically 4th on the pecking order for Red Bull now that they're pumping a bunch of money into their Brazilian club. You at least have a lot of really good talent in the '03 and '04 age groups starting with Caden Clark.
3 games canceled this weekend. There isn’t space for reschedules unless they push playoffs back and into the FIFA window. Season won’t last much longer if this keeps up.
Spent two million on acquiring a manager, so they haven't completely given up on us. They called up a couple other guys with Clark from RB2 and the rest of the season is going to be a tryout for Thelwell and Hans Gruber.
I appreciate that they were still planning on playing the Orlando/Columbus match when an Orlando first team player tested positive, but two Columbus staff were a no go.
Three times Bazakos has admitted to not seeing a play right in front of him. He’ll turn to the 4th official “Did you see it?” No he didn’t Fucking see it, he’s 50 feet away you’re 5 feet away you dolt.
Vermes just said he hasn’t seen anything like it since the 88 Euro championship Netherlands v Russia. Marco Van Basten. Pretty deep cut there PV.
It sucks Sporting has to keep racking up points vs real teams while the hipsters in the NW get free points with all these CaliClubs + Vancouver.

The rumor is that DLH is trying to put together a local ownership group in which he will not be listed as an owner but he will be controlling everything behind the scenes.
I think most of us feel that way. It’s my understanding that Ryan Smith’s offer was declined and he’s no longer interested. My guess is that DLH wants to have great influence over the club in order to further his real estate development business. I think that’s the main reason he purchased the team originally. I doubt that he wants to have influence over the soccer, operations. But that’s just an opinion.
