When it's clicking, it's entertaining as shit. But when it's bad, good lord it's like watching 6 year olds.
Its all about Alan. When he’s in and getting on the ball it all clicks. Once Tata hurts him and he’s out for 6 weeks there’s no one to replace that.
Jara is like the 4th highest paid player in the league, thank god the Hunts decided to sell the Wiz way back in the day.
Seen a lot of superstars live in my MLS fandom days... DMB, Landon, Deuce, Preki, Meola, DeRoe, Fonsi, Beckham, Henry, Nani, Zlatan, Cole, Villa, Lampard, Pirlo, Keane, Basti, Kaka....and some day I’ll add Gianluca.
I think of the big timers in the league (post the originals, Etcheverry, Blanco, Moreno, Valderamma, etc) Rooney and Drogba are the only ones I didn’t see in person. Don’t think either ever played in KC/PDX when I was there. (And Wayne was too big of a chicken shit to lace up against the Wiz when we beat Man U in front of 60K+ in arrowhead.)
Good thread by Tutal. Fun fact that I love, pretty sure Vermes, Vanney, Fraser, and Mastroeni (I know he’s not a coach right now but still) all made the MLS best 11 back line in like 2000.
That giant guy with the name I can’t spell or say, you should put a body or two on him during set pieces my dudes
Holy shit was that some dog-shit set-piece defense. Honestly as bad of a game as I’ve seen from the Timbers since I’ve started watching. Almost zero attack, the 2-3 times they had a chance they sent the ball to the moon, and laughably bad defense. So fucking horrible lol. Deserve to give Philly 4 points after they performance
GUYS!!! Holy shit. It’s been exactly 1 year since DonG completely ended racism in the world. I guess since everything has been so perfect in the world since then I haven’t noticed the time flew by so fast: #ShoutOutToHisFamily
