My brother and I took his kids (9 and 5) and they got to hear that a lot Think we might grab a couple extra to the Valencia friendly Wednesday when it won't be so intense to take them again.
MLS Top Goalscorers so far in 2015 1. Kai Kamara - 9 2. Clint Dempsey - 7 (1 PK) 3. Chris Wando - 7 (2 PK) 4. Obafemi Martins - 6 5. Giles Barnes - 6 6. Octavio Rivero - 6
In the next round of the US Open Cup, the Galaxy play PSA Elite which is an amateur team Some intriguing match ups are Portland at Seattle, NYCFC at NY Cosmos, San Jose at Sacramento.
Plus that traffic sports outfit that was busted yesterday practically owns NASL. so that league may be in serious other trouble.
Sporting just going in dry on the Dallas burros. Nemeth will be newcomer of the year, top 5 forward in the league right now. Thank god Dom is "hurt" so Nemeth is getting his due now. Also they are actually playing a goalie that tries to keep the ball out of the net. 8 points in the last 4 vs the Easts and Wests top 2 teams. Feel sorry for Seattle having to head to Sporting park next week.
Just saw that OCSC is going to fund it's stadium privately now and expand from 20k to 25-28k now. Well done.
The cerner higher ups are scared to expand sporting park at the moment cause they want to keep their sell out streak alive. Also theirs rumors they may abandon sporting park to just start anew in KCMO like they originally intended.
That's easily the dumbest thing I have read on the internet in a few weeks, they just opened that stadium 3-4 years ago.
I felt the same way when I first heard. When looking at financials though, it'll be cheaper for sporting to build a brand new park in kcmo then to upgrade sporting park to add 10K more seats. Cerner always wanted to open a satellite campus in the area of KC where sporting park is now, now that their campus is up an running their investment in the legends area is over. Also, building a new stadium in the metro area they don't have to worry about travel/etc for fans to get to games.
I have zero knowledge of the KC metro and the relations between the two sides of the city/states, but building another $200 plus mil stadium just seems absolutely retarded. But it would cost $200+ million to expand the current stadium?
To add to that I don't see how anybody that builds a 18-20k seat stadium not have general plans to expand the stadium regardless if they need them or not.
Here's the thing, the Kansas side scooped in and stole the original SKC stadium. Now the Missouri side wants to scoop it back. It's not about costs anymore as it is about tax breaks. Personally, I don't see anything happening for another 2 or so seasons. But Sportings practice facilities are on the MO side right next to where the original sporting park was planned to be built....
Yeah the developer and/or owner of a $200 mil stadium would never seek such an outlandish thing like a 20 year lease
And then the good guys score a goal at the death but make sure to find a highlight of Colorado's goal. Really fantastic.
I question the validity of MLS refs. They didn't bat an eye at Clark back-peddling into the goal with the ball. Whether or not it was all the way in, no one knows because we don't have the fucking goal line technology. Just ridiculous.
PK and Parkhurst given a red for intentional handball with his arm tucked to his side and that's the takeaway you have about why the refs are bad?

I was so pissed at what seems like the 4000th goal given up in the last 15 that I threw up my pocket knife (while open) in the air and cut myself like a dumbass. 3 minutes later I had just finished texting DirtBall when old Jack made me go from pissed to ecstatic. Make it 3 in a row and we might just have a stew going.
To combat my add I pace a lot during close games. I have to be doing something with my hands as well (I've been known to put down a case of beer during a Packers game and not even realize I'm drinking until the game is over...those days are bad), and I didn't have a beer in my hand at the time so I was throwing my pocket knife up and down to myself (often times I flip my phone, or if I have a bottle of beer I peel the label completely off. Its all really weird) I guess during these weird intrtendencies I sometimes open and close the knife and at the second Cronin scored I yelled 'fuckkkkkk' and threw the knife in the air and snatched at it and stabbed myself (nothing terrible, just enough to be annoying and bleed a bunch, but not close to stitches thankfully). basically I'm just an idiot. (also, during the Packers/Seattle NFC title game this year I got really bad cold but wasn't about to miss the game. I couldn't drink alcohol but I put away probably 5 gallons worth of water during the game. It can be odd)
I like this move because A) I will get to see Pirlo on person and B) It isn't the answer for fixing NYCFC
Have a former college broadcasting classmate that is going to be the radio play-by-play for Sporting KC. Pretty cool and one of the teams I like the most outside of the Timbers.
Crew look like crap lately. Bad turnovers, had some chances but can't find the final ball. Expected to come out better after the shitshow in Philly Wednesday since they've been so much better at home
Giovinco with a 30 yard blast, not sure if goalie could have gotten it or not. Unbeaten home streak in serious jeopardy.
