It’s an mls rumor about a striker so throw Sportings name in the pool knowing they wouldn’t ever do it. MLS journalism 101. https://www.espn.com/soccer/guadala...urce=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Twellman is talking out of his ass (like normal). Gallardo took them to fuck off after they got cheap on his staff. Say in the players? They already got a roster of 15 players. I guess Cavani, Silva, Suarez, Messi, and Ronaldo will help fill out the roster by taking the senior minimum once they announce the tactical genius Patrick Vieira is hired.
Was disappointed about this. When he played last season, he played well. This move is a pretty clear indication that Beckerman will be back and will be starting.
He was dog shit with Sporting. One of his first games he shanked an absolute sitter and must of got the yips or something because he missed open looks like every other game.
I mostly watched his defensive play because we had issues in the back for much of the season. He could be a nice pick up for NER if his offense is solid.
It was Zardes at his worst quality finishing. Most his shots looked like fucking field goal tries. He took 20 shots in a Sporting jersey last year.Only four of them were on goal and he didnt score. Since 2017 he's shot the ball 92 times and scored twice which is 2.2% sucess rate. Only 25 shots were on target which equals 27% even being on frame.
Is Charlotte going to build a new stadium or are they trying to put it together with a huge renovation of the Panthers stadium?
guessing we renovate memorial stadium. it’s right near uptown and been used for local college/big high school games for years. it’s really old and needs work but the infrastructure is there
My hope is to renovate memorial stadium but in the article it discusses a huge renovation to the Panthers stadium. Would that mean the Panthers are building a new stadium somewhere? Also, the tweet from CLT's mayor annoyed me a bit. Instead of saying something positive and generic, she tries to be a wet blanket.
that is way too big of a stadium for an expansion soccer team. i think memorial would be a really cool venue that could create some sort of homefield advantage but we'll see what was the tweet
Tepper wants to use BoA more. Everything thing I've seen for his bid indicates BoA. Almost every recent article mentions it would be the third MLS side playing in an NFL stadium.
Bless your heart. Every Rooney, Balotelli, Benedict Rossi, etc. gets linked here before it hits flyover country
YUGE Spoiler Not true, total transfer fees in Sporting history is $5.5 million, Pulido rumored to be $9.5. (My sources in the club say it’s just a bit north of 6 with escalators that may reach $9).
