every time I take the Steelers they fucking lose or win by 2 if the line is -3. Fuck them. but I ain't crazy about Cincy either. I will prolly tease Pitt with one of the mid-week college games.
I'm leaning Bengals. Primetime game @ home. They are 2-5 on a 4 game losing streak and playing awful but it's not like they are the Cowboys and completely given up. Carson just sucks though and they can't establish the run vs weaker opponents, just not sure how they do it tonight. Thinking Bengals small or nothing. Small chance Bengals win. Good chance Bengals show up and lose a close 1 because they are the Bengals and decent chance Bengals are so stupid they get blown out. They are not a bad team, their playcalling just sucks and they make a ton of mistakes.
Got my over 41 bet in early because I'm pretty sure it's going to get to 42 by the time 8:30 rolls around.
Just had a nice dinner. Going Bengals +6 for 2.2. over 41.5 for 3.3. Pitt over for 1.1 and Illini for 1.1.
I'm going to be really torn about what to do at halftime here. I've got a shit pile of money on this over and with the week I'm having I could really use this win but with these teams it's going to hard to pass up at least a partial hedge/middle opportunity.

It should be but the Bengals have to do something in one of their first 2 drives in the 2nd half or it will be until the end. The Steelers are one of the teams that will really take the air out of the ball with a lead.
I'm not invested enough. If I were I'd do the under because I don't have much faith in the Bengals scoring much.
Now I think I need the Steelers to score because the Bengals apparently need to be down more than 2 TD's before they realize that they need to abandon the running game. I never understand why OC's stubbornly pound away at the running game when it's clearly not working.

Hmmm, this is interesting now. Wonder if the Bengals would still kick a FG with around 9:00 left if this drive stalls out. Probably not because of the missed FG's earlier but it's certainly enough time to get 2 more possessions so if it comes down to a 4th and long they might still kick it.
The last 2 Monday night games are perfect examples of why betting the NFL fucking sucks. No matter what side you are on you are never safe. Just when you think you're fucked everything turns around.
