there is literally no proof that this bitch rented the bike. She hired a employment attorney to help fight to keep her job. The attorney released a copy of a receipt with no date or time stamp with no account information to “prove” she rented the bike. The lawyer when asked why didn’t she just say she rented the bike said “she forgot”. The guy in the video constantly says “I rented it, it’s my bike” his friends are all saying it too. She fake cries, she has the foresight or awareness to remove her name tag (so she isn’t identified) the guy is told just deactivate the bike and she doesn’t reply with “it’s on my account “ the guy does. Save me with listening to neck beards on Reddit. Go read the comments and see why they are believing her over him. It will seem just about white to you. So yes I’m going to believe him over her. As a white guy, I don’t believe the story the attorney is putting out. It doesn’t match her reaction in the video, at least to me. If she was in such fear she wouldn’t have snatched the dude’s phone out of his hand.
he doesn’t have shit to prove. She is the one attempting to claim he illegally took her bike. She is the one attempting to justify her actions. It is on her to prove her actions were justified. What do you think he needs to prove and why? In the video no one deactivated the bike. She gets on a second bike if he took her bike she could have easily shown a receipt to show he rode the bike she paid for.
Just doing my part to make sure you know that’s still true. Also, she never filed a police report despite allegedly being pushed back into the bike lock while she was on it and having the QR code blocked so she couldn’t leave. Just doesn’t add up.
If it was his bike, he could have also easily shown and now released receipts. The bird guy/dog incident quickly provided evidence to proof one side. Just seems odd that it’s not happening here.
