I am not as familiar with this area but drive through there frequently when avoiding 65 traffic. Area seems to look decent. I'm assuming from your statement that it is not. Anything in particular?

 

That area in itself is decent it is just surrounded by a sea of shit. I grew up in the area directly across Gallatin rd from there and while it wasnt so bad as when I was a kid when I moved back to help my mom it was pretty shitty. Crime had risen pretty bad I mean there is a reason they put a police precint out that way. I havent lived there in 4 years so it might have changed since then tho

 

Im in small town Tennessee today at a big annual breakfast, 90 miles south of Nashville. Fever is spread down here. People talking about it like never before.

 

Preds have incredible marketing, ticketing and fan engagement, etc. (like they're the best in all of sports at most of that stuff)

but I wish we would do something besides the "Stand With Us" crap. Seems pretty lame IMO
