I think the Suns and Lakers might actually both be pretty good, not sure I was expecting that in either direction.

 

Nuggs are kind of a clusterfuck.

Murray has been mostly bad. MPJ can't shoot. Bench has been a disaster. They look lost on defense like half the time. Can't grab a rebound.

Braun has been probably their second best player this year. He's easily stepping into the KCP role through three games. If the other three starters were playing to their standard things would be looking better even with the bench issues.

Westbrook has been bad but has also had some okay stretches. Saric has been significantly worse. He got benched tonight and things improved quite a bit. Strawther and Watson are fine as bench players.

Mostly they've just looked really out of rhythm so far. They seem shook. Not playing with a ton of confidence. I think they'll figure it out but there's a decent chance that's just wishful thinking

I thought Braun was really effective when we played y'all but not in a way that the team needs. OKC defenders didn't respect him at all from the perimeter and just let him fire away from out there and he never made them pay for it. He's a really fantastic cutter but SOMEBODY has to spread the floor there. Booth for anti-exec of the year.
