Mitchell last 2 seasons: .167 and .152 WS/48 Herro last 2 seasons: .049 and .084 WS/48 “super close on a per 36 basis”
I mean if it doesn’t come from Marcus Thompson or Logan Murdock re: Oakland it’s probably bunk that last year in GS was pretty toxic by all reports can’t imagine they’d get on that horse again
The reputation he already has as maybe the most talented scorer of all time who is an absolute headcase, can’t see that changing much
I don't see the Warriors giving up their young core. Why mortgage the future when you don't really have to?
yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if Draymond wants part 2 but I doubt Steph does , winning with the youth mix this year seemed way more enjoyable to him what Joey said , a way to get the Suns to give up more if they land him
I would like to thank Kobe retroactively for valuing team goals over his own during the 2004 NBA Finals
Bynum was an awful player and human and Kobe only demanded a trade to rid the organization of a cancer.
I remember Phil Jackson used to give players books to read during the season and the only one who ever read them was Bynum, was not made for the league
Every team is likely in a holding pattern on any big money players now that Durant wants out and Kyrie on the trading block
I kind of wonder how Phil would do in this era where locker room stuff is way more public I think I remember Shaq talking about how Phil burned a bunch of incense and had the team do some visualization exercise, and Shaq fell asleep during it lol
“At one point earlier this past week Toronto was sitting fifth at +700 to land Durant, but the Raptors have suddenly jumped to +400 and the second-highest best odds to acquire the all-world forward, according to DraftKings. The Phoenix Suns still remain the heavy favorites at -165, conveying about a 62% chance Durant lands in Phoenix.
The nba needs to restructure their offseason. Basically every contract was signed within minutes of FA opening up, just open tampering in current system. Also trades on draft night not being able to go through on draft night and waiting is ridiculous too.
Imagine getting busted for tampering with Jalen fucking Brunson when you were the only team interested in signing him anyways
The draft is ridiculously bad TV. I love the nba and am a sicko so I watch it all but it’s a fn mess. 3 hours for the first round, picks being tweeted out multiple picks in advance. At one point I think the broadcast was on pick 4, and Shams or Woj had tweeted all the way to 7. They should probably just do the lottery night 1, and the rest of round 1 and the second on night 2. They should let the trades go through so a kid doesn’t have to give an interview in a Knicks hat when the whole world knows he’s moving to another team and Silver should really get the leaks under control and at least manage them a little better
The trade part and not knowing who is picking when is a really frustrating problem the league needs to figure out to make the broadcast better. The "TV is on pick 4 but insiders have tweeted all the way to 7" part is just as bad in the NFL and even MLB. Maybe even worse in the NFL, because teams have 10 minutes to make picks and that drags it out more.
