What the hell happened in the second half? I was traveling all day. Saw the cavs up 13 at the half and figured it was another walk over
It’s so nice to have Paolo back. He seems like he hasn’t missed any time at all… he needs fix his fucking free throws tho. That shit cost us the bucks game
Which was fine, it’s crazy how it’s looked like he hasn’t missed a game. He’s been sharp, except for his free throw shooting. Fuck is up with us and franchise players that can’t shoot free throws well. Shaq, Howard and now Paolo
I was randomly watching this feed (because bulls games aren’t on Comcast anymore thanks Jerry) and they said this is the first time they’ve ever done this
Was probably on reddit or somewhere recently but I saw what looked liked a high school or small college gym that just did this wish something that was I think smaller than air mattresses. So the social media ppl for Chicago took the idea.
He's the best and most accomplished player who should have had a much better and more accomplished career in the history of basketball
I somehow agree with this take even after looking at this 2× NBA champion (2017, 2018) 2× NBA Finals MVP (2017, 2018) NBA Most Valuable Player (2014) 14× NBA All-Star (2010–2019, 2021–2024) 2× NBA All-Star Game MVP (2012, 2019) 6× All-NBA First Team (2010–2014, 2018) 5× All-NBA Second Team (2016, 2017, 2019, 2022, 2024) NBA Rookie of the Year (2008) NBA All-Rookie First Team (2008) 4× NBA scoring champion (2010–2012, 2014) 2× 50–40–90 club (2013, 2023) NBA 75th Anniversary Team National college player of the year (2007) Consensus first-team All-American (2007) USBWA National Freshman of the Year (2007) Big 12 Player of the Year (2007) No. 35 retired by Texas Longhorns Olympics MVP (2020) FIBA World Cup MVP (2010) 3× USA Basketball Male Athlete of the Year (2010, 2016, 2021) McDonald's All-American Game Co-MVP (2006) First-team Parade All-American (2006) Second-team Parade All-American (2005) just the unfortunate timing of playing during the LBJ/Steph/Dragan Bender era
I think this is a pretty harsh take on a top 15 all time guy. Not sure what else he was supposed to do other than not tear his Achilles when he was 30 and lose multiple years of his prime.
We had a bad breakup. But he's a top 15 guy who should be top 10. You could (I would) argue every decision he's made on who to play for going back to 2016 has been bad from a legacy standpoint. He's gonna have to go into the hall of fame with the Rob Lowe league logo hat on, because there isn't a single franchise he has played for that will enthusiastically claim him.
How much more accomplished do you think he should be? His accolades list is pretty fucking long. He's prob gonna end up top ten all time when it's all said and done
Also does anyone have some good NBA podcasts (Not the ringer I can't stand those people). Was hoping Zach Lowe would've found a home by now but looks like he's just gonna take time away for a bit.
He's going to have his number retired by at least two of the four teams he's played for and has two rings to show for those decisions he might not have otherwise gotten. Stop it.
