I agree. I struggled with the pace last year now that I have a full time job and can't fuck around like I did back in college.

So what's the plan with this? The game comes out in 4 weeks, prolly won't be able to start with full rosters until a week after it's out. Who's running it? We should probably start getting the OP updated with PSN SN's and Team names so people that aren't in yet can see what teams are available. Also, what are the rules gonna be? Heisman?, 6 min quarters?, etc. What about custom conf? Are we keeping it all the way it is or are we going to move everyone into 1 big conference? Just want to get all this shit out of the way so people don't bounce right when we go to start becuase the rules weren't all laid out.

As for rules, 7 minutes on Heisman. We may play with the sliders a little if we need to. Most like will tone down K's so it's not easy to kick 60 yard FG's all the time. ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE. It's not that hard. Basically, play sim ball. If it doesn't happen in real life, don't do it here. Don't run the same play all the time. That goes for O and D. Mix it up. That doesn't mean you can't run a lot of slants or a lot of pitches on offense. Just saying to use different formations and different plays. Running a pitch out of I is different than running pitch out of 2 TE. Same with D. You can still blitz or zone, just use different ones. No running around with the QB just for the sake of running around with him. If the pocket breaks down, fine, run all you want. Don't take 3 steps back and the take off running all game, though. If it's 4th and less than inches, punt or kick the FG. If you're from the 50 to about the 30 in your opponent's territory, you can go for it up to 4th and 5. No going for 4th and 17 on your own 30, though. Again, sim ball. Old timers, if I'm missing anything, please chime in.
