being named Kane Patterson and then heading to Clemson then transferring to Vandy seems way too on the nose.
I mentioned this on the private board but Rattler and Gibbs make a ton of sense for PSU. We shall see how aggressive they end up being. I know OL is going to be a position we really go after.
closest option to his hometown, Heupel used his RBs really well this year but he seems to want to rotate which does not portend to big time stats. kid's a stud and should go to a power program imo. Got under recruited early on bc the HS is more known for its soccer than anything else.
kid blew up big time but I guess uga/osu have others just as good so maybe Tennessee is a good fit. Would love for FSU to pursue but we are not big time
The top 2 RBs from UCF all left with remaining eligibility because of how much they hated playing for him and also thought they were way better than they were. That dude is so damn good, he can pick his school.
They cussed him up one side and down the other but got mad when he complained about fan treatment iirc
Gibbs deserves better than what GT gave him. I honestly think he may have had 500 yards/5 TDs called back due to penalties.
yeah how dare he get criticism when he sucks. He's acting like a coddled little bitch, tbqh. I don't think he's transferring tho He's never had coaching until this year so it was kinda hard to tell. 3 of his last 4 game she completed more than 66% of his passes (80, 73, and 66%) and started to play well. He seemed to finally come into his own with the offense. He still has bad tendencies. He gets hit once and he's rattled for a few series and feels a phantom pass rush too early. His deep ball over 30 yards is really really bad. But overall, this year he improved a lot. Was better in the pocket, set his feet more often, and had better mechanics.
Based on what we all figured about NIL, when is the first announcement of a player who transferred because the new school is giving him a better deal?
Tennessee just had a RB portal out because he was being used in a rotation. If Gibbs wants to be a workhorse / Featured back I don’t think it’s going to be at Tennessee
he is tough to evaluate to be honest ..lots of talk of being a shitty teammate but between the lines that deep ball is beautiful. but it seems like vs every good opponent he folded with some horrible timing turnovers . also he would put up those stats in the Heupel snap every 10 seconds offense so not sure how he would do in offenses where things slowed down more. 247 has him going to Ole Miss
think he could contribute at a school like Vandy. was likely going to compete for a 2nd team WLB or MLB spot in 2022 for us and did fine on special teams.
All of these super talented kids looking to transfer out of their respective schools the day after Billy Napier gets officially announced as UF’s new head coach. Coincidence? I think not!
Wish we could get him. But Georgia has to be the front runner? Assuming he doesn’t follow Riley and crew to USC.
