Yeah with Daniels and vandagriff coming in I’d say Mathis and/or Beck’s careers at UGA will be short lived come on home Carson I forgive you!
so likely some other reason for Corbin getting the waiver than whats publicly reported. Would imagine Daniels would need that too.
I guess it's time we officially pass our transfer QB U crown over to UGA. We had a good run but all good things must come to an end.
He had cyst or growth of some sort on his brain so I pretty much gave up on his football career at that point
Daniels was injured in the 2nd quarter of the first game and out for the season. I’d guess that he could say he redshirted that season and was looking to transfer. Not really a fan of that because he never laid out those intentions until a month ago. Plus if Slovis turned out to be mediocre then he would have stayed to fight for the job.
Seems like they would have noticed that by watching his game tape against schools not named Elon or Rice.
I suppose what makes more sense is that the coaches feel so comfortable with their QB situation that they’re trying to bring in a new transfer for no reason whatsoever. That sure makes more sense IMO.
He was pretty good for an ACC bottom dweller last year, and is good with his feet too. Seems like a way better option than a bunch of dudes who haven’t played a snap or are coming off significant injuries. Maybe he’ll suck, but at least he’ll be better than Kyle Trask.
Oh is this the Wake Forest guy MSU beat in the world renowned Pinstripe Bowl? If so, I would recommend breaking in one of the younger guys.
