I was recently a pall bearer at my aunts funeral. I couldn’t help but wonder if coffin flop was filming and how awesome that would be.
Dozed off for a bit on the couch and dreamt that Tim was watching me sleep through the blinds for some bit.
Popped a gummy a while ago and will check out Chair Company later. A bit worried because most of Friendship didn’t work for me at all.
I liked but didn’t love Friendship. There were some great jokes in there but some classic Tim bits fell flat at the expense of it being a more theatrical work. That said, Chair Company definitely feels more Friendship than Detroiters or ITYSL (pilot was directed by the same guy) but a little more fleshed out.
Felt the same about Friendship. I got a couple of really great laughs, but a lot of it just missed. I think the script was not very good.
It was such a bizarre movie. I liked it but I wanted to love it. The extended deleted scene between Tim and Connor O’Malley was probably the funniest part.
Thought Chair Company was a good start. As with everything, things will start going off the rails and how they handle that will determine the show. Not sure if I’ll live it or hate it yet but I enjoyed the start.
I died at the janitor’s 2 wheelbarrow scenes and Tim explaining to the server that she was basically in a mall at this very moment.
