Apparently is now all copaganda. How long has this been the case? background: I switched to fiber internet about a month ago but the line wasn’t buried yet and my lawn guy accidentally clipped it today, so I have only local channels and no internet for a few days.
We watched Chicago PD for a few years when it first came out and then we realized just how fucked up it is. It glorifies cops that do anything needed to get the bad guy. Cage in the basement to beat a confession out of someone? Sure. Stealing money from bad guys to have a cop slush fund? Of course. It's just wild what's made normal on there.
Not so fast, my friend. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigates terrorist attacks against US citizens in the US and abroad. The Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Divisions of the FBI work with domestic and foreign partners to neutralize terrorist cells and operatives here in the US, to help dismantle extremist networks worldwide, and to cut off financing and other forms of support provided by terrorist sympathizers. Legal Attaché Offices: The FBI operates in over 65 countries and its mission is to lead FBI global operations to identify and eliminate threats to the US. Through Legal Attaché offices, or Legats, FBI personnel work with host country agencies to jointly investigate crimes affecting US citizens and interests.
I have very distinct memories (is that the correct wording?) of the doing algebra 2 homework and the original csi coming on after survivor
lol i just mean I can picture sitting at the island in my parents house, and doing homework on multiple occasions. I can remember multiple episodes and what the textbook looked like and everything. Vivid maybe? not just that I remember csi being on ignore me. Idk where I’m going here
Modern family was good for the first handful of seasons how I met your mother also, but FUCK THAT SHOW. Irrational anger towards how it went last few seasons My kid watched Lego masters on demand, but that’s not a sitcom
there was an episode where the dad raped the daughter and she ended up having his baby and killed the family. 16 yo me didn’t sleep that night
Hearing people talk about all the network television they love might be the worst part about the office environments to which I've been exposed
Abbott Elementary is the first thing I thought of when I saw this thread. Best network comedy I’ve seen in years.
Actual line that just happened on NCIS: Los Angeles- “This isn’t about politics, I’ve voted red since Coolidge, and this isn’t about guns, I’ve got more guns than you’ve got empty bottles of Viagra.”
New hour, 10pm here for us east coast elites, and SWAT and The Rookie are two *more* copaganda shows added to the mix. Which one should I watch?
Just realized both of these shows are based on the LAPD. Does that police department have any history of brutality?
Since I'm currently in the safety of a country that won't get you canceled for what you say (Turkey) I will use this thread to admit I like procedurals.
