Here’s my final raffle totals and the valuation of the bottles when I won them. How much I spent total - unsure, would take forever to add up. Probably in the 15-20k range.

 

KoK valuation at $1,000?

I thought that carried a higher price tag on the secondary.

 

I caught one at 1k. Most recently they’ve been going for 1200

 

Also, it’s really funny that when it’s all said and done, you were somewhere in the realm of breaking even.

 

But raffles are waaaay more fun. Unfortunately like 70% of raffles are just the same sellers swapping bottles between each other or even worse people taking buy backs —literally just gambling for money. Few actually intend to drink the bourbon like me

 

Have you opened the Bookers Rye yet? I’d like to know if it’s worth making my next white whale

My local store just dumped a bunch of bottles of 1792 FP and BiB store pick. Going to get the FP and maybe both.
