I bought a Smooth Ambler Old Scout today because (i) I saw it on the list of favorites on the first page and (ii) I’ve never had it unlike most recommended bourbons and (iii) it was on sale.
Woodinville single barrel barrel proof store pick today. Really like the woodinville flavor profile on all their offerings that I’ve tried.
Not usually excited about high rye mashbill bourbons but I find this very drinkable, out of my finest plastic cup.
Store has had this store pick for a while. I almost got it today but passed. It hasn’t been moving so maybe I’ll get it next trip. What was your price?
I’m kidding. My wife and I love taking weekend trips up there as it’s only an hour drive for us. I’ve only recently started noticing the difference in availability in that market for products like Remus and Bardstown.
Absolutely a hitter at that price point. If I had more friends that lived close, I’d really like to blind some barrel proofs and see which I picked. 1. It’s referencing your previous searches to find images that you’ll engage with. 2. Woodstock is one town up. Believe it’s home to thread lurker and good guy Love Tractor
Correct. Head of household is required to maintain and be proficient with a firearm. Old law, obviously not enforced. We’re annually the laughing stock of the nation every time gun reform is a hot topic.
Found a bottle of Bardstown Fusion Series here at Total Wine for $60. Since the Georgia crew was excited for Bardstown getting there, I bought it hoping to be pleased.
Alright, thanks. I found out that $5 of each bottle goes to charity, so that accounts for a little of the difference.
Is Kentucky Peerless Straight Rye Whiskey Barrel Proof 2 Year Old 107 Proof for $120 worth it? I don't really like spend that much, but it says highly rated. Can never trust the PA site though. edit: pperc says "wtf no"
