SON OF BITCH
If I'm remote can you just ship me a bunch of really good samples and I'll watch alongside?
One of my better days in the game. Not pictured is the case of BT SP for $28 a liter.
It’s repeal day!
My mother in law asked for a Christmas list from me. I put Stagg Jr on it. Feel like it's not a crazy ask like Pappy etc . I have 0% chance of getting it.
How on earth is she supposed to pull that off?
idk I thought it would just be funny to be on the list
I put a couple bottles on my list for my extended family, but made sure they were regularly available in their area (total wine)
Sagamore Spirit Rye Double Oak
Rough Rider Happy Warrior Cask Strength Bourbon
both get great reviews, not heart broken if I miss
Sure, but from a practical standpoint she likely has no idea, so she is going to walk into a few stores and ask for it and get laughed at, and not really know how to navigate that situation since she likely knows nothing about allocations or secondary. If you like her, I wouldn't do it.
Also starting to see Boone county single barrels pop up in Indiana, was only a distillery exclusive, only seen 6 year olds, they're cask strength and really good so keep your eyes out. people are buying them by the case
honestly, maybe a store owner feels bad for little old lady and sells her a stagg jr for $399.99
That would chap my ass if my wife gave me that at that price for Christmas.
My MIL isn't going to even attempt to get it because they all think I have way too much bourbon as is. Yall overthinking this one.
We’re going to need a picture
Of the mother in law
With funshot residue.
I never even considered it could be confused with a picture of the bourbon.
Right. We all know what bourbon looks like.
local store got 2 1792 12 years and 1792 sweet wheat. they were only selling 1 of each between noon and 5 and then 1 more starting at 5. Got super lucky and scored the 12 year for $50
that's a really good pickup , I paid $125 for my WFPSP and was still happy
WFP is one of my favorite bourbons I've ever tried, a store pick of it would be awesome and is a steal for $99 IMO.
I can get the willetxwolves for 199
Has anyone tried JD Coy Hill ? I'm seeing them go for 450-500 on secondary, higher than both Heritage and JD BP Rye.
If you’ve got an extra I’d love one…
That’s about the price I got mine
I don't want it. People on here were asking for it, I believe cheddarisbetter and Lt. Pete Mitchell
I can see how many I can get, I'll have to send some mules bc its probably one per person
yeah, I was at Turners when they posted about it so was right there. Also got a store pick BT from Maria’s that i’m picking up this weekend.
Still game, let me know what you need from me
Shit, did they release more of this today?
I received an email from them yesterday around noon and replied back to register. They emailed last night at 6 PM confirming my registration and pickup was today starting at 2 PM.
Saw a case of Basil Hayden 10 in the wild just now
I passed BH just never impressed me
If you manage to get an extra bottle or two, I'll take one off you.
Still watered down
Sinkers in East Nashville.
My store just got a bunch of Rare Breed Rye in. Anyone need any?
Speaking of rare breed, is anyone else having issues finding it near them? Or is it just Ohio liqour control fuckery? I can find 101, RR, RB rye but no regular RB.
We’ve got plenty if you need it just shoot me a DM
Drinking some RC6, so so good
If anyone sees a Little Book Chapter 2 in the wild for a reasonable price please let me know.
I’m drinking a good book tonight. I’m up to chapter three.
RB is here but only one store has it at a good price. The others are $20 markup
How does the RB rye compare to pikesville? I love pikesville but haven’t seen it in a year.
We also have plenty of Pikesville if you need it
Stay away from my Ohio guy
OUR Ohio guy, lol. He sent me some 107 same time as you
Bout to trade a ps5 for bourbon.
I’m listening. I need a PS5
