Does anyone have the original TMB cookbook? Lost my old computer that had it and am looking for some nostalgic inspiration.
This looks like something I would smash and then have an absolute rush of diarrhea from afterwards and I’d be totally ok with it.
No diarrhea here. Super healthy recipe using only tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, dried red pepper, garlic, ginger, cilantro, multiple ground spices, and yogurt. And chicken and rice of course.
https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/spicy-chicken-curry I used 4 lbs of boneless skinless thighs to reduce fat and eliminate the need for bone extraction while eating.
I’m back! I have always wanted to make that but have not seen it called by that name. I have always seen it called “eggs in purgatory.”
He has to want to make them though. True connoisseurs can tell when the hot dogs aren’t braisered with love
Does anyone have any Indian cookbooks they really like? For general Asian food my recommendation to the thread is The Wok by Kenji. I try something new from that book basically every other week and am rarely disappointed.
I decided on coq au vin with cocoa to break in the brasier. Served it on French mashed potatoes. It totally slaps.
Anyone have the Ninja Creami and have any recipes they want to share? Got the deluxe as a wedding present and both of our first attempts using some random internet recipes were very meh.
This is like the 3rd week in a row I've made a kimchi udon noodle recipe. So easy and so damn good. Added bok choy and a nice ribeye this evening
No, just looks weird with the lighting. I do have a hot honey egg yolk recipe I've been wanting to try, tho
I want to make this -- someone help, plz looks like they separate the yolks, then beat the whites with meringue (I think?), then beat the yolks with seasoning, add to dish, and bake?
Doing a roasted butternut squash soup with a cunty havarti + gouda grilled cheese It's been storming for 36 hours and supposed to go all night. Ultimate comfort food(s)
Braised chicken thighs, fennel, tomatoes, leeks, and a dijon gravy. Had a couple last potatoes and rice that I needed to eat today too, but probably only needed one of them. The sauce was *chef's kiss*
I haven’t gotten too complicated with it yet but tried a nice sorbet recently. The Ninja Test Kitchen has some solid ones. Also the Creami Reddit is a great place for tips and recipes.
