Jesse Pinkman has lived a really fucked up life
I like that trailer a lot
I can't wait until people bitch about it because it didn't line up with their fancy theories and such
Still haven't watched S2
It was kind of wack, tbh. At least, I found the ending to be.
But I think part of that is was still being mostly confined to the parks and dealing with the awakening. I think it can recover by going into the world and seeing if they can surive/assimilate/take over.
I knew it would be quite different after the conclusion of last season and this is definitely quite different.
So I heard. That's why I didn't bother. Actually come to think of it I did see a few eps I think because I remember that tiger washing up. I think the last part I saw was them getting attacked by samurais. It wasn't grabbing me like S1 though and people on here were saying meh so I gave up
there were two incredible episodes but it was definitely step down from s1
I really enjoyed it
Overall I did as well. There were some lows but some really good highs too.
Imo, the best thing to come out of season 2 and the most intriguing thing about the show right now is the whole James Delos/human immortality storyline. And I’m pretty sure I’ve read that they aren’t going to focus on that until season 4.
Similar to GoT, it was cinematically gorgeous and movie quality. I did think the story was hard to follow, at times
Season 2 was all over the place. Still enjoyed it
Expecting great things from s3
This shit blew my mind. This show is so great.
I’m expecting season 3 to be vastly better than season 2
Incredibly low bar
And you get to cancel HBO until 2020 now.
maeve the basterd?
season 3 trailer from this summer
new teaser trailer and related company from the viral marketing dept
I am trying to remember what happened in Season 2 and coming up totally empty.
Same. They found a dead tiger washed up, Bernard couldn't remember anything, and they were attacked by samurais. All I got
They went on a pilgrimage to robot heaven
I just remember the timelines were all fucked up, and that even at the big reveal at the end (and even after reading multiple recaps) I still didn't understand it.
First season was so awesome. Second season went off the rails quite a bit, but still very good
We also got that amazing episode that was entirely in the Lakota language.
best episode of the series so far
they played the host card way too fucking much
when every major twist is this person is a host or becomes a host it shows no imagination
Looks like we finally have a little bit of an idea how far into the future this show is set.
I'm all for bonkers, but let's make the story less convoluted shall we?
Season two turned me down a bit, I was very optimistic after season 1 and now I lost interest. I will check out season 3 at some point but I am not too eager
Season 2 had some really high points and some low points as well. Still interested to see where it's going and still better than 98% of most stuff out there.
true, it’s been a while though
Probably a lot of people who feel this way.
HBO really shit their pants on GOT and this
Feel like HBO has had this problem with a lot of shows that were bigger-than-expected hits (GOT, Westworld, True Detective) where they had a very set script for a limited content series, and as soon as they had to freehand something it all went to shit.
I can site situations where the opposite happened also though...
both were Lindeloff shows though. I actually liked a lot of Westworld last year too. It wasn’t all bad. Also Watchmen he had written for one season with no source material about the story he was telling. I guess that could be considered the same a True Detective season one and Westworld season one depending on how you define it.
I think Showtime has been much more consistent at finishing weakly.
