I work 6pm-6am half the year and people who leave their dogs out barking can go fuck themselves.
I’ve worked nights for about 3 years of my life at different times. Get some ear plugs and a white noise machine.
You should get a pellet gun
Cavemen, what a dumb bitch
Can’t mow on a Sunday?
Only if you keep your bushes nice and trimmed
My bush is unruly
Oh I know!
Your mom told you?
Only if you want to feel Melanie’s wrath
Ur a mom
My neighbor is a low functioning autist and he has prostitutes over on a weekly basis. Cool dude, big fan.
If you’ve never had a baby woken up by a continuously barking dog you haven’t experienced the depth of rage humans are capable of.
But people thinking their own time and comfort is more important than others ignites a rage that can be pretty equal.
I used to be pretty whatever about noise but both the dog barking thing and fireworks after curfew turned me into an angry old man yelling into the night. Spend 45 minutes trying to get a baby to sleep and he or she wakes up 30 minutes later because people are being inconsiderate pricks.
Damn, what prompted that fiction novel ?
Guy panhandled a lady at a gas station and then showed up at her house asking to shovel snow
Ask her what school she attended in Wichita
I just watched the 20/20 episode on BTK, so I'm pretty much an expert, and there is no way he was stalking your neighbor Biship
This is kind of unsettling
So that redacted name is posting that meme/whatever on NextDoor.com? Anyone reply?
I didn't feel like putting him on blast because I'm pretty sure hes not all there mentally (obviously). There were several "this is not ok" posts before it was removed.
At least you guys have your early suspect when little sally goes missing
Bobby's like "who wants to get the pipe"
Six inches...not too bad, but the green is concerning.
People in my HOA want to sue the builder because they don't like the rules they signed when they moved in.
Specifically, they can't fathom why it's not OK to block the sidewalk with their cars. Like their driveway shrunk when they bought their home or something. These same people use their garage as a storage shed.
Anyway, here is what one lady did, and some of her fellow idiots are cheering her on.
Our rules are not hard or overbearing. They are only three pages. It's also a state law that you can't block a sidewalk.
Use the god damn garage for cars
No basements down here makes people do so.
Lucky for me we have Richard here to try and keep everyone in check.
The builder keeps the HOA until the property is 95% complete. I dread the day they turn it over to these people.
Run for the board
The loudest group on that Facebook page are ones that don't understand following the rules. I'll have to hope that people keeping quiet appreciate having some sort of order around here.
So in that picture for example, where does the property line stop out toward the street? Is the driveway passing the true property line or are we calling that area an easement?
She posted photos of her assessment, maybe thinking it would justify her? But it just proves the sidewalk isn't hers. (I added the highlight)
All the HOA fines lol. You cannot apologize your way out of those.
Can they park on the street?
Boo hoo. We bought a house and property too small for all our shit and we accepted and signed covenants. It is what it is.
I said this to them again. We all signed the rules. The oldest house is a year old. Nothing has changed in that time.
Another posted that they were going to file a lawsuit for harassment because of all the letters they had gotten. Like, do they not realize it's lawyers that write these rules and would love nothing more than to argue them in court?
Certainly looks shitty parked like that, but is that considered on the sidewalk? Sidewalk looks clear to me
Legally speaking, the sidewalk continues through the driveway. The property line officially ends at the sidewalk. You are still responsible for the upkeep of the yard and sidewalk in front of your house.
Now they want to *rip out the sidewalks*
