Would you rather go to a concert and have a mosh pit break out or go to a Rams game wearing the opposing team's jersey?
At Sofi it's moreso 50% that don't care and are there for the insta post, some opposing fans, a few actual Rams fans.
Agreed - but you have to really be trying to get into a fight to fight someone cheering for the same team unless they're doing something ridiculous. And......man, do we try. I've seen more fights in Sofi in a year than I saw in decades worth of games in Superdome and Sofi is a very well run stadium aside from the food.
LA is a different animal lol all these different gangsters meeting up to watch a football game I’m really shocked their aren’t more serious issues.
47 Jersey is a bitch, come in while a guy is engaged with another guy and drags him by his hair, then steps on knocked out guys head and then his posse just ups and runs.
I've rewatched that nachos (possibly popcorn) to the face part at least 10 times now. Edit: Upon further review pretty confident nachos here which makes it more ridiculous.
Speaking of fans behaving badly, I was at a Section D1 final high school game tonight with my 2 year old son (luckily had left in the 3rd quarter) in San Jose and gunshots rang out in the parking lot in the 4th quarter the game is now delayed with 2 minutes to go……there was probably 7-10k people in the stands scary stuff
Yeesh, glad y'all are safe. I feel like this has been an increasing trend of shootings at high school games country wide just based on the minimal amount of news I watch/read. Like it's the meeting place to settle fights or something. I went to a large high school outside of New Orleans and we never had a shooting or gun related incident - just kids trying to get handjobs under the bleachers.
Here is the video of right after the shots were fired, this is in a super nice area as well…..wasn’t anywhere sketchy or anything…….was interesting tho my wife was saying as we were leaving that she felt a “vibe” and was happy to be leaving and sure enough as we got home this happened………good news tho my 2 year old loved going to his first football game and cried when we made him leave
neither team that played are from San Jose/Campbell so all the fans were mostly from out of the local area and the stadium is located in a really nice area, but u could tell all the kids out there were fucking wasted and very minimal security/police presence…..both schools are Catholic schools but both recruit from some rough parts of the Bay Area so could have been funk from that
