Watching these videos makes me realize that I'm sheltered from a side of humanity that I never knew existed.
I've sat upper deck at Paul Brown before and Farva's pics/video match my experience. I would imagine upper deck at any AFC North stadium gets a bit dicey.
outside of the Jaguars (tarps can't get barbed wire wrist tattoos), is there an upper deck that isnt dicey?
i guess panthers fans are soft or something because i have never felt remotely uncomfortable at one of their games. even as an opposing fan
Matching phone and case conveniently holstered for quick access when his mom calls to tell him she's ready to pick him up.
growing up my family had season tickets to the chicago bears. my parents usually took us to one game every season and there was a fight in our section almost every game. the old soldier field was really, really trashy. can understand why parents would not want that around their kids (along with all the other stuff)
Just don't sit with the cholos. But I don't blame you as parking is really expensive at the Coliseum.
I've been to probably a dozen NFL stadiums as an opposing fan and Carolina and Tennessee have been easily the most friendly fans/stadiums. I'm headed out to San Fran next month, though, so pray for me
Worst experience for me was definitely Minnesota in the old Metrodome. I was a teenager and sitting with my little sister in the nosebleeds while my parents and aunt in uncle sat in the good seats. I was told to fuck off more than any other time in my life (until i went to Madison to watch Huskers in 2011). Fat, drunk vaguely Scandinavian fuckheads trying to talk shit to me is one thing, but talking shit to an 11 year old girl is something else entirely. Hopefully the fans improved with the new, glorious stadium. Also have seen the Steelers play in SD (no issue cuz they are extremely indifferent), KC multiple times has always been fine, Chicago was good outside of Chicago people being their normal cockish selves. Am yet to see a rams game in the coliseum, will prob grab a ticket for cheap later this season once everyone fully gives up and they are once again a 7 win team. Reviews so far range from feeling like a yuppie cockktail party to a hells angel convention so it should be quite a treat depending on where I sit in this round of seat roulette.
Yes this, old stadium was much more rambunctious. Also unrelated, last White Sox game i caught a few years ago featured multiple fights in my section. All sox on sox crimes. Was good stuff.
