I'm saying that Bennett doesn't get the benefit of the doubt for the contact itself. Regardless of intentional or not, the contact with stolarz was minor and the bad luck was the concussion suffered as a result. For example, if you compare it to the hit Svech put on bob yesterday, it's clearly more substanital/forceful contact yet Bob seemingly has no concussion as a result. That's why playing the result is a dangerous game.
