Many people are saying I don’t receive enough credit for not crying about injuries or displaying pro-tank behavior and should be handsomely rewarded with Jacko Kakko this summer. Many people are agreeing with the many people saying this.
Typical Rangers game where they get completely dominated and Lundqvist steals at least a point. The fact that this team thinks that signing Panarin will make them relevant is hilarious.
Buy your tickets just a few hours before puck drop that’s when they’re cheapest if you don’t care too much where you sit I went last season and it was pretty sweet just walking over from my hotel down the strip
I love everything that he has done for the franchise but I am starting to resent him for hurting the tank.
I just want to say like everybody else has said, the fucking playoff format is complete trash. Fuck Bettman
This is a brave stance to take 6 years after the fact and as soon as it doesn't ridiculously benefit the Atlantic
He's so good. Think 9 million over 8 years was more than reasonable for him too considering he's only going to be 34 in his last year of the deal.
It hasn’t benefitted the Atlantic at all. It usually ends up with the division winner playing a team that has more points then the 3rd place team. It’s broken as shit.
The Atlantic hasnt benefited from Pittsburgh and Washington being forced to match up in the first two rounds? 100+ point Columbus, New York and Philly teams would probably disagree too.
Tampa and Boston matched up in round 2 last year. Both had more points then division winner in metro. the two years before that the roles were flipped. It hasn't just been the metro getting the short end of this awful playoff format.
Of course you're too daft to get that the fucking point was 4 out of 5 years the East was won by a team from the Metro.
If this year continues at the current pace, it will be the best ever for the Atlantic. The metro is consistently the better division. The Atlantic has never finished with more total points in a season. The Atlantic has never had more teams in the playoffs (Metro has had 5 teams twice) The Atlantic has won the conference 2 out of 6 years The Atlantic has had the top points team 2 out of 6 years The Atlantic has had the top 2 points teams 1 out of 6 years (Metro has had its twice) The Atlantic has never had the top 3 points teams (Metro has had it once) Also the schedule isn’t completely balanced. You play 28 games within your division and 24 games against the opposing division.
For the record, I like the way the playoffs are setup and I hate ever team in the metro except for Carolina and Columbus.
