In the NJ-Minnesota game Hartman and Johnsson dropped the gloves. Johnsson immediately took his helmet off so the refs had to blow it dead before it started and Minnesota got a power play.

Make a rule that defenders cant leave their skates to get down on the ice.

I dont think that's a good rule, but that's how you get rid of it.

 

That would get 10x more ridiculous than delay of game penalties unfortunately

 

agreed, just say a player cannot intentionally leave their feet to block a shot. Players would still do it to save a goal but players take penalties all the time to try to save goals

 

It'd be a weird rule to write because it can't apply to all shots. A scramble in front of the goal with bodies all falling over each other =/= putting your face in front of a slapshot from the point.

 

the ref would have to differentiate between someone falling and someone leaving their feet to block a puck. I don’t think it would be as difficult to manage as you think

 

I am also thinking of intentional though too. In those scrambles it’s just a mix of quick chaos.

No they didnt. Basically ESPN wont let him do hockey content outside of ESPN. So he's gonna stay on and do non hockey stuff for the patreon. I have no interest in that.

I agree just Sean and Ryan by themselves are hit and miss. Ryan is like Eeyore. Everything sucks and is over rated. Sean is so dry. Greg stirs that drink. He can be really corny at times, but it's a good mix of all three together.
