Reffing in the Wild-Jets series has been horrific. There was an admittedly questionable penalty call on Trouba leading to a Wild PP, but then completely miss Staal getting crosschecked in the neck by Morrissey while on the PP.

Last year was MUCH worse plus I get more time to recover this year. I'll never root against my teams but the Wiz need to get humiliated to have changes. The Caps, I have no idea how to fix this shit. I’m all for refs being lenient in playoff overtime and letting the guys play. But you can only really do that on subjective calls. High sticking is black or white, and that was a blatant high stick.
