Not anti Anaheim. From a Sens perspective if the Mighty Ducks flame out, then that potentially opens up a destination for EK. Long shot but perhaps they feel the need to make a splash in the trade market. If that’s the case, Karlsson’s their man.
For S & Gs under the old way 1Nash vs 8Col 4MIN vs 5ANA 2WPG vs Kings 7LAK 3Vegas vs 6Ducks 1. TB vs 8. NJD 4. Leafs vs 5. Pens 2. Bos vs 7. CBJ 3. Caps vs 6.PHI Cant remember if they reseed after each round
Didn’t stay awake for the whole thing but 8-1 is just delicious. Sharks rounding into form at the perfect time.
What's up with Pitt/Philly not playing again until Wednesday when there's no travel involved. Building availability?
Sixers played last night and are headed to Miami. nothing at the center tonight otherwise. not sure why they gave them two days off.
Probably keeping Caps and Pens/Flyers from overlap for the screens. That, and Jets/Wild are also in the early slot. Three games at once was probably a non-starter, at least if possible to avoid.
Panthers allegedly could have gotten hall for Kulivov and Gudbranson if either one of them was signed long term.
It doesn't help when both of his goals have been turnovers in the slot right in his wheelhouse. He's been really good though and is always dangerous. The defense has to watch the stretch pass NJ tries at least once a period with him, almost got burned in the first by it last night. Him producing and Schneider getting hot is NJ's only chance in this series, they're a couple years away from being a contender and no one outside of Hall is a big threat. They got a big lifeline in two dumb penalties by Paquette and the too many men that swung last night in their favor. Hopefully the Lightning can come out and take control of game 4 early Wednesday. Good road game last night for most of the first 45 minutes until the penalties, way too many in the third period.
Looks like gudas took his game to the next level of ineffectiveness. It’s kind of hard to believe that it doesn’t happen to marchand’s teammates in practice with all his quick turns and whatnot.
hard to know who’s fault it is since we don’t know the drill but that has to be on the coaches. Obviously Gudas was not just standing around in a place he had no business.
looked like it was two different drills. take a look at Gudas again, he wasn't standing around, he was receiving a pass from someone and it took him right into Couturier's path. Couturier also could have done himself a big favor if he picked his head up.
It wasn’t sarcasm, I know he was not standing around at all. It’s not his fault, he was reacting to a pass. First post was a joke and I made it before watching the video. But it’s still kind of true even though it’s not his fault. He isn’t very good
If they hadn’t lost 9 out of their last 11, I’m sure he’d still be there. But he lost the locker room. Too many tantrums this season
Not the GM choosing. Directed from above. They apparently met with Sutter in LA at the end of last month when the Flames were playing the Kings.
Trotz would bench Burakovsky or Vrana for a month for the bullshit Wilson has done, but he's Canadian and "gritty" so stays on the top line.
