Honestly I think he’s the best player in this entire class, it’s a massive blow. He’s a game changing defensive player like Chase Young was in college. Foskey is the first player in 9 years to get to double digit sacks since Tuitt. We saw how impactful those guys were in games and this guy has a higher ceiling in my opinion.

As previously said … the NIL landscape is going to change in short order. When these bought and paid for recruits transfer with their NIL money it’s going to be a huuuuuuge shit storm for programs like A&M and Miami.

School will take you away from being the best player you can be and making generational wealth. And oh yea, we will pay you as much if not lore than you would make at nd.
He's been liking posts of Saban interviews on Twitter for months and months. This genuinely seems like the dude just wants to play for arguably the best college football coach of all time that's still in the middle of one of the greatest runs of all time and the NIL is just the cherry on top. Can't blame him to be honest.

I sandbag with the best of the but I don’t expect to get destroyed. I expect to lose, but not embarrassed. This team is A LOT better then we have given them credit for. They’ll hold the ball, a lot like navy, and OSU won’t possess the ball long enough to embarrass us. *we are still definitely losing though.
No sandbagging - I really think the moment is going to be too big for the staff players etc. and it’s Miami 2017 all over again. I just can’t imagine freeman is equipped to manage this well for the first time.
I mean if Freeman has a pair of testicles he has to try and recruit him back in. We have a class of 20+ all that's left is big game hunting. For a long time he was quite enamored with us, if Freeman can show that he at ND is the next big thing - just hope like hell that it resonates. It might be a one in a thousand thing but for 2023 it is worth it.
In other words, Freeman's smile is our only hope. We have to hope that Momma Keely wants that in her life

In part because freeman has withheld any useful information from the media other than injuries and recommitments, not too much to be excited about (which is fine, just has made for a particularly boring camp).
Looks like the B1G TV deal is anywhere between $80-100M per team moving forward, depending on the year. We didn’t do terribly for $72M, I guess. Going to need Big Tech to get involved to get us to move it seems.

I'm still full on Team Freeman and even took ND (+15.5 pts) against OSU to prove it I think recruiting down the stretch is going to be crazy still, lots of ups and downs. A lot will depend on how ND plays and who steps up. If Foskey looks like a guaranteed top 10 pick this fall (12+ sacks), that's going to change the narrative. If Brandon Joseph balls out and everyone is talking first round, that's back to back first round safeties for ND. Those are the type of things recruits REALLY care about. Let's see what happens and enjoy the ride.
I am team 10-2 / 9-3 with some real concerns (which I think are valid) that the offense lays some serious eggs. I also would feel better about osu with Clark Lea bend but don’t break vs the freeman style where I think guys are just going to get torched a few times for 14-21 points at osu.
I have to imagine NBC is going to step up their production value across the board once their investment in cfb goes from whatever peanuts they pay ND now to ~$400 million.
