    I wondered on the Dome because that is obviously something they use often, assumed the slightly different coloring and the text made it different enough to skate by.

    Random trademark story that relates to ND. They wanted to do an advertisement for the Chicago EMBA/MS programs of the Bean with the reflection being the Golden Dome. The city of Chicago has trademark on the Bean and gave ND some absurd number that it was going to cost to use.
