not to toot my own horn too much, but i did say the Mike Evans to Claypool comparisons when Claypool was a HS recruit dude is incredible and it's shame we didn't use him even more this past year. He was unstoppable against UGA too, we just didn't get him the ball enough until the end (and i know they played coverage to his side but they just need to scheme around that)
Bball with a must win in an hour. I don't even see that in the next eight out in Bracketology right now
Ha, I thought it was on ACC network, but just checked and it's not. It's on some alternate channel I don't subscribe to (AT&T U-Verse).
Apparently all the DB's are running slow. Twitter speculation is something is up with the timing equipment.
Loy with the Rocco Spindler CB Spoiler A new 247Sports Crystal Ball prediction is in for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and this is a big one. Here’s the latest from Irish Illustrated. I went ahead and put my prediction back on Notre Dame for Clarkston (Mich.) high school four-star offensive guard Rocco Spindler, the No. 49 overall player in America and No. 2 player at his position in the class of 2021. I initially picked the Fighting Irish back on Sept. 30, 2018, but went "foggy" after I felt as though Michigan took the lead. I am back on Notre Dame as of today based on the latest intel and the direction this recruitment seems to be going. On Monday, the Under Armour All-American released his his Top 10, which included Notre Dame, Penn State, Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, Tennessee, Oklahoma, LSU, Arizona State and Florida. He continues to move closer and closer to a decision, which will likely come in May. However, an exact date isn’t 100 percent locked in quite yet. Either way, his commitment will come before the start of his senior year. In talking to multiple sources close to this recruitment, I believe Notre Dame is the team to beat as of today. Yes, ahead of the in-state Michigan Wolverines, which will likely be a surprise to many people connected with this recruitment. Spindler’s relationship with offensive line coach Jeff Quinn is second to none, which is really helping the Irish here, but it’s actually his connection with head coach Brian Kelly that is likely tipping this in favor of Notre Dame as of today. In the end, I think this duo, along with the help of fellow offensive lineman Blake Fisher and quarterback Tyler Buchner, two Notre Dame commits pushing hard to land Spindler, will get the job done and secure his pledge. Spindler will be on campus from March 20-22 for the big recruiting weekend at Notre Dame and likely return shortly thereafter for his official visit. This one isn’t a slam-dunk and while people are assuming he’s a lock to land at Michigan, I’m really keeping a close eye on Penn State in this recruitment. People are sleeping on the Nittany Lions and that program is very much in this. That said, I like Notre Dame as of today. for the record, he said his confidence level was an 8 out of 10 on this
yeah. that, plus the little nugget about Notre Dame being in the lead would surprise people is not what you want to hear.
I mean they're coming off am 11 win season, a preseason top 10 and have a schedule with no super tough road games. I'm ok with unbridled optimism right before Spring practice. There's plenty of time for everyone to bring the mood down.
I think the last few years are the only years of my nd fandom when the national media and local media are more optimistic about nd football than the fans. Kelly is doing a solid job and it’s not enough. That should kill the stupid nd nation narrative that fans are the reason for the shitty product. but i bet they will take credit for it anyway
IU basketball season has been over since we lost to Rutgers. Why are you letting a Gator troll us like this?
Anyone? I’m sure everyone will assume the normal stuff...Brian Kelly’s successful QB development, 4 for 40, national championships.
