Excited to read strange off topic posts on the ND sites in regards to the jersey reveal which will almost undoubtedly be racist or fearing change in any fashion or both
Notre Dame has finally given in to moral corruption. This was clearly demonstrated by the video released this morning. It glorifies a movie about sex, gambling drugs and other vices. Also playing a game in Vegas necessitates taking the Irish boys into the capitol of the devils playground (Las Vegas). The city is rife with thieves, perverts and tricksters. I wish Father Jenkins would take the reigns of the football program and steer it away from the darkness.
Did we all just kinda glance over Logan Diggs’ mom hinting he will be back for OSU? Why? That’s big news
Holy Shit There was a post on B&G about EJ Holland lying so much he should be on CNN. I said that was very telling about their character and I still haven’t looked at any of my 13 replies.
I thought it was a bit too on the nose. But no, it’s real. My only surprise is that it wasn’t posted on ndnation in all caps or with an insufferable signature like ONWARD TO VICTORY. ND FOREVER.
Lol he’ll of a troll he’s been on since 2018 with a lot of normal posts. At least the reaction was negative
Gold Standard Spoiler Here are some of the latest Notre Dame recruiting nuggets coming out of the staff’s cookout event it held Tuesday and other notes on the 2023 board. *** Tuesday was massive with the amount of quality visitors on campus, but there was no one more important on campus — in my opinion — than Dripping Springs (Texas) High class of 2023 quarterback Austin Novosad. The Irish need a quarterback in the 2023 cycle, and Novosad is the player the staff has targeted after Dante Moore’s commitment to Oregon. Novosad was on campus Tuesday, and as expected, it went well. The Irish staff rolled out the red carpet, and Novosad very much enjoyed his time in South Bend. It’s going to take a perfect storm for Notre Dame to pull off this recruiting win, and with him expected to visit Baylor and Texas A&M this weekend, there’s still pessimism that the Irish land Novosad coming out of the visit. Notre Dame is still battling here and it’s not over by any means, but he’s more likely to end up at Baylor or Texas A&M at this time. I hope I’m wrong for the sake of Irish fans, but this is the vibe I’m getting from talking to sources connected to the recruitment. If Novosad lands elsewhere, look for Notre Dame to target Hendersonville (Tenn.) Pope John Paul II’s Kenny Minchey, who committed to Pittsburgh back in April. I’m told the Irish are already in contact with him and would look to make a move if Novosad doesn’t work out. *** New prediction time folks. I’m placing a pick for Notre Dame to land St. Louis University High class of 2024 wide receiver Ryan Wingo. Ranked as the No. 11 player and No. 4 wide receiver in the his class, landing Wingo would be a major coup for the Fighting Irish. And after talking to sources following his cookout visit, I feel good enough to log the prediction. Folks I spoke with after his late June visit were telling me at that point that a prediction would be a good idea, but I held off. Wingo to Notre Dame is not a lock at this point by any means, but he’s really clicking with the Irish. Wingo has formed a close bond with 2024 quarterback commit CJ Carr and have visited together a couple times now. They’re talking often during a normal week too, and the Notre Dame staff has worked hard in this recruitment. Everything I’m hearing here is very positive for Notre Dame. Arkansas, Missouri, Oregon, Texas and Oklahoma are among the other contenders for Wingo. *** Notre Dame sources are feeling pretty good about Chicago St. Ignatius class of 2024 defensive lineman Justin Scott. His visit yesterday went very well, and Notre Dame looks to hold an early lead for the On3 five-star recruit. I’m not ready to log a prediction yet, but between the proximity to home, value on academics and how this staff is recruiting him, I’m liking the Irish here. Notre Dame hosted a total of six offered, uncommitted class of 2024 defensive line/EDGE prospects Tuesday and have two verbals already in Owen Wafle and Brandon Davis-Swain, both of whom are interior/strong side end hybrid prospects. How Notre Dame handles its board moving forward will be very interesting, considering the Irish are taking a four-to-five man defensive line class in 2023. Most defensive line coaches I’ve covered want to take as many players as possible to create great depth, and Al Washington is the same. But Notre Dame is in the mix for several big-time players and already has a couple commitments. *** I’m working on interviews with all of these 2024 prospects from the cookout, but wanted to share that I’m liking Notre Dame for the following players in addition to Scott and obviously Wingo: Pittsburgh Central Catholic linebacker Anthony Speca, Hannibal (Mo.) High running back Aneyas Williams, Malvern (Pa.) Prep offensive lineman Peter Jones and Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) Catholic receiver Emmett Mosley V. This isn’t to say I don’t believe Notre Dame isn’t in good position for other 2024 recruits who were on campus, but some of those recruitments are in very early stages and are too difficult to project. Of this group, I’ve logged predictions for all of them except Williams and Scott, but those are a couple I’m considering down the line. Notre Dame 2023 recruiting notes *** June and July are always busy months for commitments as Notre Dame quickly fills up the majority of its class. The Irish sit at 20 verbals in the 2023 cycle with a few priorities left on the board. Quarterback is a crucial spot which we already covered, and Notre Dame landing St. Louis Christian Brothers’ Jeremiyah Love is key. In talking to sources this week, there’s not much of an update, but we do believe Love will knock out a decision sooner than later. Notre Dame and Texas A&M are the two teams at the top for him from what I gather, and it’s anyone’s guess as to where he lands. Irish sources feel good, but Texas A&M does as well. *** Burlington (Mass.) Buckingham Browne & Nichols School athlete/wide receiver Ronan Hanafin has gone dark on just about everyone — including Clemson and Notre Dame — as he’s in decision mode. As we’ve been reporting for the past few weeks, there does seem to be more confidence on the Tigers’ side of things than the Irish, but I honestly do not know which school he’ll end up choosing. *** Notre Dame does look to be in good shape for Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab linebacker Jaiden Ausberry, who is announcing his decision between Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame and Texas A&M August 4. I’ve had my prediction logged in favor of Notre Dame for over a month now and still feel good about that one. LSU and Michigan are considered the biggest threats to the Irish. *** It appears that Notre Dame safety commit Peyton Bowen will be back at Texas A&M this weekend for the Aggies’ big “pool party” which is not welcomed news for the Irish faithful. This will be his third time in College Station since April — all for unofficial visits. Bowen’s recruitment has been tricky to cover because Notre Dame sources have always felt that he’ll stick, but folks know my mantra of “follow the visits” and Bowen seems to be visiting elsewhere every couple weeks. He hasn’t taken any official visits though, which is a good sign and obviously something the Irish staff is strongly against. I truly believe that Bowen will stick with Notre Dame and is just enjoying the recruiting process. I could look dumb at the end of the day, but I’m rolling with the Irish here. Whether Bowen flips or not, it would be good for the Irish to land Cincinnati Lakota West’s Ben Minich. He’s at least a very good insurance policy at safety if Bowen does flip, but Notre Dame wants Minich regardless of that. Minich is on Notre Dame’s campus Wednesday, and the Irish will be tough to beat for him. *** Notre Dame offered Englewood (Colo.) Cherry Creek EDGE Blake Purchase on Tuesday, but I am of the belief that there’s not a lot to see here just yet. The Irish will go through the recruiting process with him this fall and see where things go. This offer does not signal a guarantee of Notre Dame taking a fifth defensive lineman in the 2023 class. *** To recap — Notre Dame will most likely take a quarterback in the 2023 class. If Love ends up elsewhere, I’m not sure if Notre Dame will go after another running back or stand pat with Jayden Limar. If Hanafin picks Clemson, look for the Irish to turn elsewhere at receiver. Again, a fifth defensive lineman in the class is a maybe. Ausberry would round out the linebacker class. The Irish look to be done at tight end and offensive line. And Notre Dame’s hope is to keep Bowen and land Minich at defensive back. I’ve been hearing for months that Notre Dame will sign right around 25 players in this class, and that is still the course. the biggest news is obviously the Wingo prediction Wingo, Beasley and Justin Scott are the 3 most important recruits left in 2024 and i believe ND leads for all 3 of them
he said bizarre shit to cruits and players I have no idea why he’s affiliated with anything ND related
