Oh my. Tommy Rees begins his quest to become ND football's head coach, in San Diego no less. All praise Reesus.
Tommy Rees trully did embody all of the stereotypical white talent athlete traits. Coaches son, coach on the field, ...
Where'd you see this? Unless he's graduated it'd be an odd move, but kid has a huge ego/look at me issues so wouldn't hat surprising.
@angdicarlowndu: It's officially Demetrius Jackson day in the city of Mishawaka. @D_Jay24 brought to tears as he's honored by Marian. http://twitter.com/angdicarlowndu/status/697224625999257600/photo/1
"Cannot get into details, but we are expecting there to be some big team news breaking over the next day or two. Once it breaks I'm sure there will be plenty of questions and I'll do my best to answer them based on what I know." Oh dear. Who is it this time
It's not great news, but I don't think it's something that people are going to be too upset about. More questions than being upset just to get everyone off the ledge
Nah. If it was Jack, a top assistant, or a top player transferring we'd be super pissed. Trying to wonder what would fit that description. Maybe they aren't doing part of the expansions? Maybe they're changing ticket lottery or some fan gameday experience? I don't know, if it directly impacted play on the field (player leaving, coach leaving), we'd all be pissed.
I guess but a player leaving from ND never really raises questions - almost always it's a cut and dry discipline/academic, playing time, or home sickness issue. We're used to it by now. Maybe it's Corey Robinson quitting? Since "questions" would be "Didn't he just re-confirm he would play next year?" I'm trying to think what's big enough to be "big team news" but small enough to not make us "upset."
Timeline wouldn't make much sense but maybe an announcement on ND's stance on paying players. I've heard a lot about ND and some other Stanford and UVA type schools branching away from the NCAA and forming their own league
Yeah, some sort of bizarre infraction thing where we lose victories or a couple scholarships could fit.
Close. Swarbrick is hosting SNL next season. Making the most of the NBC contract. The questions concern the musical guest. Apparently Bon Jovi's booked already that night.
I expect A+ backtracking until it comes out that David Grimes was released from the S&C staff for reasons unrelated to the sideline issue.
Maybe Elmer not coming back? There was some mention of him going the same type of route Corey Robinson was thinking of doing.
the only purpose of him saying what he did was to say: "i know something. when it comes out i knew it all along, but couldn't tell you." what good is an insider if they can't provide information?
