Here in the states we like variety, so there are many flavors of Bellini that folks have. I prefer the traditional peach.

thats pretty close. What you have in mind is a blini, a small rusian style pancake, but not on milk or cream base but on sour cream based. It also works well with lox. Bellini is peach juice and bubbly wine (officially prosecco but who the fuck really cares)

I’m from the coal region in PA and just found this. Bleenies are amazing btw. In Europe and Russia, bleenies (or "blinis") are regular flour pancakes and are served with caviar. In the Coal Region, a bleenie is a potato pancake. Few people make them at home since they can create a huge greasy mess in your kitchen (and your whole house). That's why they are popular at block parties and church bazaars. Bleenie lines have been known to circle halfway around the block.

I went to a Phish concert this summer and by far the most common drink you saw in someone's hand was White Claw.
Flying into San Jose & most the week in jungle/volcano area. Whitewater rafting, hiking, hot springs, etc. Ending in Las Catalinas to do some surfing. Pretty pumped to get down there... never been.
