Yep. Aaron Lynch, Deontay Greenberry, Tee Shepherd and Eddie Vanderdoes. If those guys would have found a way to be fine upstanding citizens at ND for 4 years, BK is still our coach and we would have at least won a playoff game by now. edit- never mind about the playoff win. Not losing his passion for recruiting wouldn’t have taught him how to evaluate or develop a QB.
Yeah I tried to stick to the ones that we kinda knew were going to be disasters anyway. Plus Vanderdoes - I remember BK put out a press release to basically call him a liar when he transferred. I feel like that was the final straw for him.
it's really tough separating all the kids w/ top talent...even the bottom will be difficult because it feels weird putting a top 250 player as the 20th or so best kid in a class
in a lot of years, i think Bell is a top 5, easy top 10 in the class, but i'm not sure he'll be in the top 15 this year
can you imagine a faster version of a healthy Shaun Crawford in our backfield? that's crazy Jamie U's film room
he's a good bit faster than Lenzy in the 100m and he plays like it too on the football field (something Lenzy struggled w/ even in high school) I believe Lenzy's fastest 100m time is in the 10.6s
Micah Bell is a guy we look back on 4 years from now and thank the recruiting gods that that the clown from vegas left for UGA
Lenzy is a track kid playing football. Bell is a legitimate football player who also happens to have near-elite track speed. Not sure who wins in a 40 or 100 meter dash, but I’ll take a bet on who clearly plays faster on the football field.
At least Kick Return! I only watched 5 or so plays but his wiggle to acceleration is definitely kickoff return material.
Was an honest question, I just thought I remembered Lenzy being a national team type track guy. That's crazy fast for Bell then
Armando Allen (pre-injury) is really the only recruit who comes to mind that had similar burst. Though I don’t remember much from Will Fuller’s HS tape since he was so lowly regarded.
don't care about rankings, he's ELITE at CB, 5* worthy talent flat out dominated Cam Williams at Irish Invasion

gotta say, Big10 couldn't have played this any better only way ND would have possibly considered joining is if USC joined first. Now ND can keep playing coast to coast if they join a conference. I'm not saying they should, but at least it's feasible now
Quite a roller coaster couple of years for Lincoln Riley. Big 12, leaves team to presumably avoid SEC, joins a PAC12 team that’s going to get moved to the B1G. Only missing the ACC in this wild ride.
it's tough for Mich fans, they have to look at Harbaugh's ugly mug all day and deal with all his weirdness
I bring that up because Greathouse torched that entire Guyer secondary last year in the championship game and made all of them look slow. Greathouse is an absolute
