Next year's line should be nasty.

    Jagusah, Knapp, Craig, Schrauth, Wagner

Can probably put out a 2nd string that can collectively play at an acceptable level too

Black, Strebig, and Augustine should keep that rolling

Folks have even speculated about him potentially getting 1st team reps at LT during the bye and then looking at Knapp elsewhere

Lambert / Wagner feel like true tackles

Jagusah / Knapp seem like they can move inside

    Craig at center feels locked

My guess is unfortunately one of Jagusah or Scharuth transfer if they think they might lose their spot from injury and/or if Knapp can't move to guard he'll get left behind. So crazy to think a decently performing true freshman LT might not start next year

While that’s all possible if this season has shown us anything it’s that it’s also possible everyone goes down injured in camp and the team is so desperate for bodies that the University is forced to lower its admissions to DeVry levels so Druce can enroll (provisionally pending an academic performance plan) for depth purposes.

but if that means I never have to see Spindler on the field again I’ll be the first to add DomerDollars to his IrishCard

So im starting to get more optimistic about freeman the more i think about last weeks game.

Team missed for most of the game:
    4 starting OL
3 of the 4 top DEnds
3 of the 4 top corners
    Best wr

    Clearly struggling with injury
    Qb
    Best TE
    Best lb
    Best dt

And im not even sure ive got everybody. Really only my fantasy team is hurt on this level as well

Yes, but would probably still be behind Gray and Moore heading into spring with other talented corners pushing him. And all those snaps this year would leave him with only a year left if he went elsewhere. Flammang put it best "He has to look out for his own career."

Sneed confuses me. Is he pissed at losing snaps to Ausberry? Or scared that KVA is gonna get moved around and possibly take some snaps away? Like I'm genuinely puzzled why a guy who is starting as a soph with 3 more years of eligibility would be pissed?

He's by far getting the fewest snaps of him, KVA, Bowen, and Ausberry. And rightfully so, probably. He's good as a disruptor, but very inconsistent in space.

And I know there are a couple here who aren't high on Bowen, but I don't get it. He's been balling out considering his experience.

But you are correct that they appear to be finding ways to get a lot of snaps for KVA AND Bowen versus it being one or the other. That's probably telling about how the staff views the four primary young LBs.

Speaking of, while he didn't get as much hype preseason, Ausberry appears to be the real deal.

LB's going to be just fine. As is DB. Now just get some damned size in front of them, please.

Bowen has been one of the best surprises so far this season and can clearly play at this level. I think the apprehension stems from people acknowledging that Luers is the superior parochial feeder program and just general fatigue of theregionsitter posting

Al Golden and Freeman are going to get good linebacker play. We know this to be true. This isnt Kelly and his traits BS at wr where guys weren't playing, but the starters weren't getting the job done either. We'll be fine. If Sneed would prefer a situation where he is afforded more playing time to develop on the job then best of luck to him.

"He's banged up. We ran him. We knew we were going to have to run him. Tough, tough guy. Sacrifices his body. I think he might have got kneed in his thigh or something. I don't know exactly what it was. He said I'm good to go. I want the ball in my hands. It's the competitor he is. He's a tough, tough person, man."

    - Marcus Freeman on Riley Leonard following Notre Dame's 31-24 victory over Louisville

As great as the Notre Dame defense has been as the driving force behind most of Notre Dame's successes with Marcus Freeman as head coach, the current Irish stop unit has not totally found its groove. The fact that that statement is true while allowing 39 points through the first four games and still currently sitting No. 11 in the nation at 12.6 points per game with six touchdowns allowed speaks volumes of the defense Al Golden has created.

The 2024 defense is far from perfect. It allows opponents to snap off runs of six, eight, 12 yards too frequently. And yet through the first five games, opponents are averaging just 3.60 yards per rushing attempt and have scored on the ground just one time. (Iowa and Nebraska are the lone two FBS teams who have yet to allow a rushing touchdown.)

It was not a good first half of football for the Irish defense in their 31-24 victory over Louisville. Notre Dame allowed 102 yards rushing and 5.1 yards per carry in the first half. By Tim O'Malley's count, the Irish allowed nine explosive plays in the first half, which accounted for most of the 212 yards total offense by the Cardinals.

And yet Louisville managed a workable 14 points in the first half while turning it over to the Irish three times. Louisville QB-Tyler Shough – an undervalued talent on the national level – threw his first interception of the season, albeit with help from WR-Ja'Corey Brooks' drop. Xavier Watts picked it off and returned it to the 36 to set up a Mitch Jeter field goal from 48 yards out to give the Irish a 24-14 lead.

The hustle and presence of mind by freshman CB-Leonard Moore to come from behind and punch the ball out of Shough's hands on a 43-yard run accounted for the first turnover of the three. The high snap over the head of Louisville P-Brady Hodges was the third turnover of the first half.

And while the Irish defense wouldn't force a turnover in the second half, the improvement by Golden's unit over the final 30 minutes allowed for Notre Dame's scaled-back offense to be enough with its seven-point third/fourth quarters combined.

The Cardinals managed just 29 yards rushing on 15 carries in the second half. Shough still had 154 yards through the air in the second half but he was just 13-of-25 at about six yards per attempt.

The key for the Irish defense throughout the game was allowing just one fourth-down conversion on five attempts. The first of those stops came late in the first half with the Irish holding a 10-point lead. On 4th-and-1 from the Irish 15, Louisville HC-Jeff Brohm eschewed a short field goal to pull to within seven points at the break. He called an unexpected option pitch to RB-Donald Chaney.

Louisville had marched from its own 25 to the Irish 15. A Leonard Moore tackle of WR-Chris Bell for a gain of nine forced the Cardinals into a 4th-and-1. That's when Xavier Watts and a hustling Donovan Hinish collaborated on a stop of Chaney inches from the first-down marker with Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa forcing Chaney to run wide.

The stout nature of the Irish defense in the second half was exemplified by another key fourth-down hold. With the game still sitting at 24-14 with under 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter, Brohm went for 4th-and-2 at the Louisville 48. Xavier Watts blitzed with interior defensive linemen Howard Cross III and Rylie Mills also in pursuit of Shough.

Rod Heard II – coming up big in the second half while playing nickel and cornerback – was in coverage of TE-Jamari Johnson. The incompletion turned the ball over to the Irish.

The Cardinals converted a 4th-and-4 to keep its final touchdown drive alive. It would span 14 plays and 75 yards. But Notre Dame turned back Shough's desperation 4th-and-6 heave downfield to WR-Caullin Lacy on their final possession to finally extinguish Louisville's hopes.

Notre Dame's defense continues to be the main reason for victories in 19 of the last 24 games after Marcus Freeman started out 3-4.

Riley Leonard has quietly played quality football while showing toughness in his two quarters at Purdue, the final two-and-a-half quarters of the Miami (Ohio) game, and in the first half of the Louisville victory when he was allowed to run a more complete offense.

He's playing injured. He doesn't complain about it. He plays for his teammates. He just scrapes himself off the turf and continues to play. He runs the football with abandon. It's a shame he wasn't more productive with the game on the line against Northern Illinois. In fact, if he just would have avoided the silly late-game interception, checked down and run out the clock for a 14-13 victory over the Huskies, his shortcomings – though still obvious – wouldn't be a constant obsession.

Facts be told, Leonard has played much better football the last six-and-a-half quarters against Miami (Ohio) and Louisville. In that time span, he has completed 32-of-45 (71.1 percent) for 304 yards, three touchdowns, three interferences drawn, no interceptions and two sacks. That's a modest 9.5 yards per completion and 6.7 yards per pass attempt. But he's run the football 23 times for 197 yards (8.5 yards per attempt) and three touchdowns, including 50- and 43-yard runs with one fumble.

For the season, he has completed 82-of-126 (65.1 percent) for 750 yards, three touchdowns, two interceptions (both in the loss to Northern Illinois) while rushing for a team-leading 374 yards (one more yard than Jeremiyah Love) and seven touchdowns with a 6.3-yard average per carry.

His modest passing game has stabilized and his run threat is pivotal. Now he has an extra week to heal before embarking on three more games before the next break, followed by the remaining four regular-season games. He's on pace for a seven-to-eight-turnover season after Sam Hartman turned it over five times against Louisville alone and 10 times total in 12 games.

Hartman is not the standard by which Leonard should be measured. But he is the starting quarterback as long as he is healthy, as clearly demonstrated by the coaching staff. For better or worse, he is Notre Dame's man and has backed it up for most of the last three games, including the breakout performance against Purdue.

To produce 215 yards of total offense while accounting for three touchdowns and no turnovers against a quality Louisville defense was a winning performance.

While Mike Denbrock buttoned up the offense in the second half against Louisville as the Irish held on for victory, the Irish put together a five-play, 75-yard touchdown drive that proved to be the game-winning score.

It began with a Rocco Spindler false start, but the drive quickly turned into a positive. Leonard rushed for six yards and TE-Mitchell Evans caught a three-yard pass to set up a 3rd-and-6 from the Irish 29. WR-Kris Mitchell criss-crossed with WR-Jayden Harrison, who popped free when both Louisville defenders went for Mitchell. The play netted 34 yards to tie Leonard's longest completion of the day, in addition to Jaden Greathouse's 34-yard first quarter touchdown in which Leonard leveraged the single-high safety between Beaux Collins and Greathouse.

After a four-yard Jeremiyah Love run, Denbrock dialed up a throwback pass to Love with literally four of the five offensive linemen -- LT-Anthonie Knapp, LG-Sam Pendleton, C-Pat Coogan and Spindler -- out front. All Love had to do was patiently work his way upfield, weave through his wave of blockers and then lunge into the end zone.

"The best play-callers are patient," said NBC analyst Jason Garrett.

Denbrock may have been patient to a fault in the second half, but he dialed up a winner when the Irish needed it most during the second half. The Irish went 37:24 between their third and fourth touchdowns of the day.

There was a natural level of impatience in the crowd with the Irish leading 31-24 and in possession of the football when Riley Leonard carried three straight times before punting the football back to the Cardinals for one last attempt to tie it. Marcus Freeman/Mike Denbrock would have been lambasted had the Irish thrown incomplete in that series.

The beef is not running the football all three times but not having Jeremiyah Love get a touch in the drive. One broken tackle – Love and Jadarian Price entered the game with the best yards-after-contact (5.6) amongst any duo in the country – and Louisville doesn't get another possession. The Cardinals were out of timeouts.

Price was not an option because he was benched after his early second quarter fumble, but a Love touch, or a jet sweep to Jayden Harrison or a fake jet-sweep and Leonard keeper run certainly were in order as opposed to three plows into the line of scrimmage by Leonard.

Just a thought that seemed kind of obvious at the time.

That was one of the better games for oft-criticized DT-Rylie Mills. Mills, who started slowly the first half of last season and then came on strong down the stretch, had fallen back into the habit of not getting off blocks through much of the first four games of '24.

Mills shed an RG-Renato Brown block for an early-second-quarter tackle. On the first play of the second half, he corralled talented freshman RB-Isaac Brown for no gain. Mills and Junior Tuihalamaka collaborated on a stop of RB-Keyjuan Brown in the ensuing series. He was part of a fourth-down pressure with Xavier Watts and Howard Cross III on a critical 4th-and-2 stop. And he came up with a big sack (in concert with Tuihalamaka) before Tyler Shough connected with Ja'Corey Brooks for a 24-yard touchdown pass with 5:17 remaining.

Mills is one of the most important variables heading into the final seven games of the regular season. The Irish need Mills to have a second half of the campaign that he had last year while Cross – clearly compromised by a hamstring issue in August and September – graded out the highest among Irish defenders according to Pro Football Focus. Mills and Cross will benefit hugely by the extra week of preparation for Stanford.

Good signs from Notre Dame's two interior defensive line starters who could very well be joined by Gabe Rubio's return for the Stanford game. Undersized Donovan Hinish is getting too many snaps in recent weeks and it shows. Consider that Rubio is 38 pounds heavier than Hinish. That missing bulk explains a portion of the interior run defense issues the Irish have encountered.

As we await the results of an MRI on the knee of DE-Boubacar Traore, let's give credit once again to Niuafe "Junior" Tuihalamaka for providing productive snaps, as he did against Miami (Ohio). There were fewer unproductive reps from the previous week after he replaced Traore late in the first quarter. Tuihalamaka has been very active/present the last two weeks. He's showing up around the football.

You'd still like to see a better pad level and more consistent productivity. He can be schemed out of securing the edge. But the additional playing time seems to be bringing out the best in Tuihalamaka. He had three stops, a half-sack and a quarterback hurry against the Cardinals. The Irish will need him – as well as freshman Loghan Thomas for some occasional pass-rush reps – to step into the hole left by Traore's absence, however long that might be.

Speaking of Thomas, who had what appeared to be a 54-yard yard scoop-and-score early in the second quarter on a "fumble" caused by blitzing CB-Benjamin Morrison, the game essentially would have been over at that point had the play not been overruled, which was the right call. (Note: Thomas also had a quarterback pressure.)

A Thomas touchdown would have given the Irish a 31-14 lead with a little less than 12 minutes remaining. When the call was overturned, Louisville K-Brock Travelstead came on to boot a 56-yard field goal to make it a 24-17 game. That was a 10-point swing. Had the scoop-and-score stood, it would have forced the Cardinals to virtually abandon the run and throw the football the rest of the way. Al Golden and the defense would have pinned their ears back and either overwhelmed Shough into a couple more sacks or another Notre Dame interception.

The second-quarter turnover in which a Ja'Corey Brooks drop fell into the hands of Xavier Watts was a significant turning point in the game. The Irish were leading, 21-14, but the Cardinals were driving. Shough's 3rd-and-3 pass should have been caught by Brooks for the first down. Instead, Watts returned it to the Louisville 36.

Notre Dame got nowhere on the possession when Jeremiyah Love was dumped for a three-yard loss on 3rd-and-1 at the Cardinal 27. Fortunately, Mitch Jeter came on for a very important/clutch 48-yard field goal to give the Irish a 24-14 lead. That 10-point lead would stand from the 3:46 mark of the second quarter until the 11:25 mark of the fourth quarter – a span of 22:21.

Freshman Leonard Moore likely thought he would be moving up to the No. 3 cornerback spot when Jaden Mickey announced his decision to red-shirt and prepare for a transfer. But CB-Christian Gray couldn't answer the bell with a shoulder injury, and thus, Moore went from No. 4 cornerback to starting cornerback in a week.

It was a mostly outstanding performance by Moore, including that clutch stop shy of the yard marker that forced Louisville's ill-fated 4th-and-1 attempt, which also included Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa's near tackle for loss of Chaney that allowed Watts and Hinish to gain some time and a better angle to make the tackle.

Moore had a team-leading seven tackles, a team-leading six solos, the textbook fumble forced of Tyler Shough on his 43-yard run, and a mature overall presence in just his fifth game in an Irish uniform. He was beaten on the deep-ball touchdown to Ja'Corey Brooks, but when you add it all up, it was a winning performance by the rookie from Round Rock, Texas.

Moore flashed early and often in camp and has continued to progress. Love his body language and the confidence with which he jumped into the fray and helped lead Notre Dame to victory. Truth be told, he was better in his first career start against Louisville than Mickey ever flashed in a game for the Irish.

The Irish certainly received an assist from Jeff Brohm and his end-game operation. Louisville's potential game-tying drive started with 2:44 remaining from the Cardinal 45 after James Rendell's most ineffective punt among his four. Following the two-minute stoppage of play, Donald Chaney gained one yard on a combined tackle between Rod Heard II and Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa, setting up a 4th-and-1.

The combination of Brohm's deliberate approach and Tyler Shough's indecision led to an unforgiveable delay of game penalty. Shough then threw incomplete downfield to Caullin Lacy with Jordan Clark and Lacy once again pulling on each other's jerseys and Xavier Watts swooping in to knock it down and end the game.

Imagine what the Louisville faithful are saying about Brohm's clock management.

I'm usually the last one to say something like this because I try to view the game – both teams – through a similar lens and remain objective. But come on, man, some of these Louisville defenders were taking advantage of opportunities to inflict injury to Notre Dame's players beyond just making the tackle.

Two Louisville defenders in particular were DT-Jared Dawson (No. 93) and LB-Antonio Watts (No. 35). When given opportunities to drive a helmet into the back of a prone Riley Leonard, they took full advantage of the free shot after Leonard was already on the ground. It's not overly blatant, but those are cheap shots nonetheless.

"Louisville is going to want to make this a street fight," said NBC's Jason Garrett at the top of the broadcast. "Louisville's an edgy program." Uh huh. They deserved the taunting Notre Dame gave them after the game. (See final note below.)

A couple of false starts against RG-Rocco Spindler put a bad slant on a day in which Spindler did some effective things in the running game with his ability to play effectively on the move. Ashton Gillotte popped inside and beat him to the punch. It was an imperfect performance with some good mixed in…You have to really like the future of a Drayk Bowen-Jaiden Ausberry-Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa trio from the inside linebacker positions. LB-Jack Kiser could be seen limping up the locker room steps, favoring his right ankle. Bowen was outstanding on several occasions. He didn't deserve a targeting penalty on Tyler Shough and was spared expulsion from the game. Ausberry's diagnostic skills are exceptional. KVA's motor runs on higher RPMs than most. He's going to be outstanding. Al Golden was quoted as saying that Viliamu-Asa will be an eventual first-round draft choice…

That was a nasty-looking right foot injury to WR-Jordan Faison on his 13-yard reception. The defender fell on the back of Faison's heavily-taped right foot/ankle and flattened out the foot in a direction the foot is not supposed to bend. Considering it was a re-injury of the same foot, I'd speculate that it's going to be very difficult for Faison to be ready in two weeks against Stanford…I find it rather ironic that Jadarian Price wants to kick it outside and Jeremiyah Love is now more than willing to run between the tackles. Love was big on kicking it outside in high school and Price had a more traditional running back background…Sounds like the Adon Shuler blitz was a recent addition to the defensive playbook. It was executed decisively and with burst early in the second quarter on 3rd-and-8, which forced a Cardinal punt…Jaylen Sneed drew a hold from LT-Monroe Mills and was credited with a sack on the last play of the first quarter…

Hoping for the best, afraid of the worst. DE-Boubacar Traore's backside pursuit places him in a very select group of individuals. Notre Dame's defense cannot reach its full potential without No. 5…Kudos to Rod Heard II for stepping up big time. He made the 3rd-and-2 play on a pass breakup and again on 4th-and-2 early in the third quarter. He was the victim of Caullin Lacy's otherworldly downfield grab…Have to admit I've never seen an offensive interference and a defensive interference on the same play. But two officials threw flags while positioned on each side of the play. Both were indeed pulling on each other's jersey, which also happened on Louisville's final desperation throw in which no call was made…

Special teams forced fumble by Drayk Bowen…Tremendous play by Jordan Faison on the snap over the punter's head. He punched through the football at the feet of the punter to make sure the punter couldn't pick it up. Eventually, Notre Dame's Kennedy Urlacher did. Imagine that split-second thought process of Urlacher, who had to be thinking he was about to score his first collegiate touchdown…Colgate walk-on Max Hurleman is a quality football player. Made another special teams tackle and had the hutzpah to lobby for what should have been a penalty for touching him after calling for a fair catch…Loren Landow – soft tissue injuries like pulled muscles? Agreed. You can hold the strength and conditioning coach accountable for those. Knee, foot and ankle injuries? I don't see the correlation. If the shoes truly are inferior, I'd blame knee and ankle injuries on the equipment before I would Landow…

It wasn't the performance of the previous week because James Rendell got really lucky on a 48-yard bouncer/roller. His worst punt – a 36-yarder – gave the Cardinals great field position on their final possession. But it was a decent performance overall. Ahmari Huggins-Bruce's two punt returns netted just five yards. Three of Rendell's four punts ended up inside the 20. Two were fair caught…We missed the first two plays of the fourth quarter, immediately prior to the 4th-and-3 decision by Marcus Freeman. Look, Peacock, if you want people to stop bitching about Peacock doing Notre Dame games, the quality of your production has to be better. You can't miss two plays to start the fourth quarter. For the record, a 2nd-and-13 pass to Mitchell Evans gained six yards and a 3rd-and-7 run by Aneyas Williams gained four yards, setting up the 4th-and-3…Said it in Snap Judgments and it's worth repeating. Going for 4th-and-3 in the fourth quarter with a 10-point lead is not a wise decision. That was an easy call pre-snap. The risk-reward was one-sided…

Utah's Cam Rising and Tyler Shough -- both 25-years old – are the oldest quarterbacks in college football. Pretty amazing that there are six starting NFL quarterbacks younger than those two. For the record, Trevor Lawrence, Bo Nix, Brock Purdy, Jayden Daniels, Anthony Richardson and Caleb Williams are younger…Unbelievable that WR-Caullin Lacy returned from a pre-season broken collarbone and not only played but impacted the game in a big way. He caught five passes on eight targets for 71 yards, including a spectacular 34-yard grab against Rod Heard II…Good to hear Paul Burmeister on the call for Notre Dame football. Unfortunate call of Aneyas Williams fumbling the opening kickoff as opposed to Devyn Ford. Ford's fumble was "caused" by the Louisville defender getting blocked into him…24 first-quarter points through four games, 21 versus Louisville…Jayden Harrison draws an interference penalty…It seems like every time Bryce Young makes a tackle or takes on a block, it's a big hit…Not easy to do but more touches for Aneyas Williams, please…

I really liked the green jerseys with the gold surrounding the white numbers. I would have put something green on the pants, whether thin piping down the side or an interlocking green ND on the front of the pants as Louisville does with their red L…I was not aware of Riley Leonard saying to the sideline that he was having difficulty gripping the football…Jeremiyah Love was an outstanding pass blocker in this game. He picked up dangerous DE-Tramel Logan on 19-yard pass to Jaden Greathouse. It was Love again on Logan on a 12-yard quarterback draw. Love has indeed become a complete back…Said Garrett of Jordan Clark's head butt: "Absolutely no reason to do that. Jordan Clark is too good of a football player to do that. Really hurting his team right there." Most would react the way Clark did after a Louisville receiver reportedly spit in his face. Clark needed the discipline not to react, but come on, man…

I said if we beat Lou we would win out and I stand by that (even w/ all the mounting injuries in front of us)

That first quarter offense is what this team could like if they can just stay healthy

ND REALLY needs Scrauth back, Rocco was getting destroyed (albeit by a potential first round pick much of the time)

That Traore injury was on me, I talked him up too much last weekend :( that's my bad guys

This defense is going to be so so so so good next year...studs everywhere and I think they will get the Interior DL figured out (via Portal or Rubio/Onye both stepping up)

Bryce Young and Loghan Thomas getting tons of reps already is only going to help them

i took away a like because of the Traoré thing

and the oline should also be very solid. These injuries are awful but we see how good this staff has recruited/coached up so far. Freeman needs to grow in a hurry but if we go into next year without any big turnover on staff and players it could be a very very good year.

yeah, it’s the same thing as bothello I would think, just assume he is done for the year.

If they win out with that type of attrition it will be a success, I just think they drop at least one more game, most likely 2(navy, usc) That niu game was a killer for the outside perspective. Freeman can’t drop any more of these ….ever.

but if nd is 9-3 at the end of this year I still want freeman as the coach. What is the point of having a young coach learning if you are just going to fire him before he reached his potential? Kelly got a ton of leash

Only way you fire freeman after this year is if he completely loses the team or if urban meyer wants to come

I think next year might be special if we can get good QB play the more I think about it. Just need to spend up like crazy for 2 studs at DT out of the transfer window.

QB: cant imagine the winner of that 3 way battle not at least being decent
RB: Love is great, Price and Williams are decent enough
WR: Young guys on the roster are already the best, can see guys like greathouse taking another step
TE: its TE at ND, were good
    OL: Returning about 8 starters
    DEnd: Returning about 4 starters
    DT: Trash
LB: Only losing kiser, between bowen, kva, ausberry and sneed were good
CB: Gray and Moore will be fine, could use a body or 2
S: Shuler will be great, one of the other youngsters will be fine

Current (or injured) starters per recruiting class
    2019: Kiser, Cross
    2020: Mills, Watts, Bothelo
    2021: Spindler, Evans, Coogan, Thomas
2022: Sneed, Wagner, Schrauth, Junior, Morrison, Craig,
2023: Jagusah, Love, Traore, Gray, Bowen, Ausberry, Greathouse, Shuler, Pendleton
    2024: Knapp, KVA
    Transfers: Leonard, Oben

My point is, that 23 class is looking damn solid thusfar and the 24 class is looking even better based on early returns, that basically gives ND a 2 year window to strike. All ND needs is to hit on 1 of the 3 QBs

Yeah he released all his photos from the visit yesterday of him decked out in Auburn gear, they need to just pull his offer and get Bear on board. This is going beyond just it’s a “NIL era SEC battle” - it’s over, move on
