Given the media world dictating the future of sports more and more as time goes on, this profile makes a lot of sense for the new age AD (and conference commissioner).

That said, there are a *lot* of people in the media world with extremely high titles and very little actual ability to perform. So you just have to hope you found one of the good ones. From all reports, Bevacqua is more substance than fluff. But I’m going to need to see it in action before I’m head over heels.
