Yes, the points allowed don’t lie and the red zone defense is much improved but the lack of sacks with that much pressure is concerning. They have to start hitting home or good teams with great QBs are going to dice us up.
ND was 99th percentile in EPA / pass yesterday, 90th percentile in EPA / run, and 98th percentile in offensive success rate yesterday Didn’t really feel like it live, but that was offensive dominance
So weird, the stats are good but the eye test was not met. maybe the expectations were a little too high after a few good games, but I still feel like they played their best game against navy. Again, that might be because I was pleasantly surprised by the navy game and it changed my perception of what the team should be.
absolutely, but it is just funny to me how he flashes and then go away for a while. Reminds me of Thoros of Beer
Oklahoma st quietly got their doors blown off by southern Alabama. I went over to their 247 site and it is brutal
Yea reading about that. So many transfers thet they can’t tackle at practice because they are one deep in so many spots. Brutal
They are blaming his political views on some of the transfers. Also they gave him a lifetime contract (auto renewals at his option). Oof
That’s all you can hope for, but so far it sure feels like the games are being called to help the opponents stay in the game.
It was incredibly obvious during the game. Was shocked (not!) they didn’t mention it on the broadcast I think ND fans have been zeroing in on these plays since 2014. PTSD every time
The refs have been absolutely horrible. It hasn’t been close to an even called game yet. Really bad missed calls. Really bad phantom calls.
Estime is so far in front in rushing yards nationally that even if you normalize for playing 3 games instead of 4, he would be second in rushing yards Only one player within 140 yards of him
not to beat a dead fish but it'd be 80+ more if Staes could have moved his feet and shuffled like 8 feet to his right instead of being so god damn lazy
