He’s extremely similar to Nico I from last cycle. Tall and skinny. Needs to put on weight and he’s a bit raw. But he probably has the highest ceiling as an NFL prospect at QB that ND has had since Clausen came out.

This staff knows how to evaluate talent and Deuce was clearly their preference over Bachmeier.

Rees would have taken Bear a month ago and been done.
