I never make things like this up.
Really thoughtful of Hoke not to put his players under similar stress.
Al Borges was on that staff as well. Players lived in fear.
Please be real please be real
So so so bad
Those are sick!! The kids are going to love them!!
The subtlety of the the neon green is a nice touch.
Hey #Ohio State Buckeyes I’d like to inform you that from watching the second half of your spring game, the Nebraska Rivals board has determined that your team is very beatable.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
We've already decided this is the road game we get beat by 1000 this year.
Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!
You beat me. But it’s worth posting again.
Kind of a weird play to run in an internal scrimmage, no?
Sometimes you need to reward the hog mollies for a good spring.
They gotta row the boat somehow, man
Those wacky Gophers, you never know they're gonna surprise you.
We try to to be fair and spread the unexpected upsets around. It’s Nebraska’s turn.
Indiana, Maryland, and Rutgers are in line ahead of you.
Maryland flew too close to the sun in Purdue's year. They should be moved to the back of the line.
Purdue keeps jumping the line.
They beat us in 2000, 2004, 2009, 2011, and 2018. They took us to OT in 2003 and 2012. We needed a 4th down 50 yard TD pass with a minute left to beat them in 2002.
Purdue is hogging everyone else’s turn and you guys are letting it happen.
Do you remember when Jay Valai chipped a piece of the shell off Shady Salamon’s helmet?
Posting because Tyler Johnson is awesome and I’m happy to have him back for one more year.
More wide receiver dunks from HS.
Only football player basketball highlight tape that matters.
the coach's reaction at 1:24
That is fucking awesome lol.
That is exactly how I would have imagined him playing basketball
This is.. amazing.
Got some weird looks at the gym because I was laughing out loud at a few of those clips.
I especially like when he picks some guy hard enough to separate him from his soul, and fake falls down so he won't get called.
Accident, ref. Asshole ran right into me.
Shouldn't have been standing there!
Ohio State concluded spring practices on 4/13 and we now have had a week to reflect on things.
At QB, Justin Fields is going to be so good, we have decided we don’t need any other QBs on the roster. Our third string QB is probably our punter, but no one knows for sure.
At RB, we’re very solid. Dobbins returns with back to back 1000 yard seasons. Demario McCall can’t seem to stay healthy as a backup, so not a lot of proven depth here.
OL returns one starter at LT (Munford), but a bunch of guys who have played. Rutgers transfer Jackson probably will start at guard because he was All-Big Ten HM last year. Wyatt Davis started our last three games in 2018 at guard and returns. We have two other seniors who have about 6-7 starts between them competing with soph Petite-Frere for RT. We should be good here.
WR/TE is the strength of the offense. KJ Hill likely will break OSU’s career receiving yards record. Victor, Olave, and Mack all have played well in big games. Wilson is a freshman and looked great this spring.
If Dobbins get hurt, we could be screwed. If Fields, we’re done.
On defense, I’m going to assume we’re going to be awesome because we return everyone in the two deep, and I’m an optimist.
our WRs can't catch still, we're going to be awful at safety and mediocre at DT. Have good TE's and DE's, though.
Defense should be better because how can it be worse + experience and some more talent (although LB is thin). QB will prob be one of the best in the B1G. RB and WR are rough currently with some hope for decent depending on newcomers, health, and Mo Washington's legal situation. Line is decent and TE should be good. Prob should win more because year 2 and the schedule is awful but it really hinges on RB/WR production and how much better the defense will be.
The reason why our 2018 defense was so bad is still a mystery. We have way too much talent on defense to be bad.
We had very limited press access to practices this spring, so no one really knows what’s going on with the defense.
We return 9 starters and everyone in the two deep. There is no excuse if we aren’t a top-20 defense in 2019.
It seems to me that Nebraska and Michigan are very solid at QB and all other contenders have questions.
Lewrke was terrible for MSU in 2018, but should be better.
OSU, Penn State, Wisconsin, and Northwestern are all breaking new QBs.
I have no idea what to expect from Penn State. I’m just glad we’re at home.
Seems like your schedule is pretty soft before our game. Idaho, Buffalo, and Pitt should have you 3-0.
Purdue, at Iowa and at Minnesota isn’t too bad for cross over games. Michigan in Happy Valley is good.
We're beating everybody 69-0 on our way to the playoff, where we will score a point at least.
That Purdue crossover is frightening, imo.
Squandered 4th quarter double-digit leads IMO
Maybe, but those guys lost four of their last six after they dominated us.
they are going with Sindelar...wouldn't worry too much, guy can't throw. There are some who believe Brandon Peters will grad transfer to Purdue in a couple months so there's that
now I kinda wanna see OSU play Purdue with Alex Malzone QBing the Bucks and Peters QBing the Boilers
We’ll take him.
#Ohio State Buckeyes how many points would you have to trail by in the 4th quarter against penn state to worry you might lose?
From this side I wouldn't feel comfortable that we could win unless we were up 21 with 3 minutes left
